Service by all the staff was excellent. Room was spacious, with sufficient amenities. Breakfast buffet did not disappoint, plenty of options. Location is great if you intend to explore Bandung's city, and availability of taxis and Grab/Gojek is plenty.
Only complaint is regarding the lift maintenance, only one lift was operational during the stay, however the staff were gracious to allow the use of the service elevator when the queue for the only operational lift was too long.

The hotel didn't maintain the properties properly. The door of the wardrobe fell off and hit my sister’s feet

Efficient process of check in and the security worker lobby and the other guy are so welcoming
The room was not fully prepared during my check in. There was an extra bed which I didn't request. And the walking corridor smelly which i guess is from the carpet. And the room also smells. The mattress the pillow

Staffs were friendly and helpful
I stayed for a long period of time, the breakfast selection more less always the same everyday. Eggs / omelette can be better

The breakfast is superb. The room is not that big but comfortable enough for a short stay. Location suppose to be in the city center.
This is the first time the price from booking.com is more expensive than a walk in guest on the day.

Some people were very loud in the hallway during evening and night.

location. near to local street food.
the flooring in the toilet is of a safety hazard, slippery. there are only 2 lifts at the hotel. during peak period. we need to wait at least 20-30min to be able to get into the lift.

the bed is smaller than other hotel with the same price, the car park is very limited and narrow
