I appreciate how the staffs are friendly and I can sense that they are sincerely being one, not just because it is their job. I do realize that in this service industry, hospitality is their selling point to the fact that everyone has the tendency to overdo; however, in Crowne, I felt that they are sincere and I appreciate it very much.
The bed sheets and all are clean. Love this. I am quite sensitive to this point as well. I have prepared an extra cloth to cover the pillows just in case. Especially due to so many information in the socmed related to many hotels that don't change the pillow cases and the bed sheets. Crowne is definitely a go to place again.
The traditional dishes could probably have more sharp taste to it. I do understand that the clients are not only come from Indonesia, but other foreign countries as well. Sharing the strong taste, something that commonly found in our traditional dishes, in my perspective, will definitely give them a different experience.

The awesomely-spacious bedroom, soft & beautiful carpet, the low bathtub - easy to climb into. Good that the shower area is separate from the bathtub with the easy to reach hand shower head & the option of the ceiling shower head.
The nook with the comfy sofa chair is spacious enough for a Muslim to do her/his prayer or just for anyone to relax.
The very long space of the sink counter for our personal toiletries. The full wall mirror over the sink is also a plus point.
Delicious & wide spread of buffet breakfast.
The duvet needs to be a bit thicker & warmer. The aircon in our room was totally uncontrollable. It was still so cold at 3 degrees!!?? The bell-hop said to just turn off the ac if too cold.

The service was really good from check in to check out. They were patient when i had issues with the payment. We got the corner room so the view was great with the full length window on two sides of the room. Would definitely stay here the next time im in Bandung again
My too short of a stay. Wished we stayed longer
