We liked the location. The staff were really good. The hotel had an authentic old time Turkish feel.
The breakfast room was a byzantine structure. Very unique. The staff were responsive to our needs.
The breakfast, while plentiful had little to offer the North American palate. It was more of a lunch.
Very steep stairs often with lifting carpet making it easy to trip and fall. Very unsafe.
Hotel needs a complete refit..paint, leaking shower and aging furniture.

Loved the breakfast! Liked the personell, very helpful cleaning lady. Big rooms. Nice location. A good starting place for exploring Istanbul.
It was a bit tiring having to deal with the many restaurant touts along the street from the hotel up towards the Grand Bazaar, constantly trying to get passers-by into their restaurants.

Дуже привітний персона. В готелі чисто і затишно, є гарна терасса. Смачні і різноманітні сніданки.
Занадто старий кондиціонер в номері, дуже шумить і має запах плісняви. На вікні немає москітної сітки.

Convenient for frt and bazar and trams.
Not as advertised, maybe used have all the add ons but very disappointing.
