The breakfast was good and location perfect for us with someone in hospital at St Georges.
The cottage needs more plug points in the room and the outside security lights shining into the main rooms made it difficult to sleep.

The communication manager was very kind and helpful.
The shower was awful, not a chance to keep a temperature. Water was smelling like acid. The pool is only cleaned on Tuesdays and was on Monday in an indescribable condition full of old dirt. I was told, that I can’t swim. So I cleaned the pool.
Breakfast was very poor and 2,5 times more expensive than a much better breakfast the morning before at the mall.
There’s no backup for loadshedding.
The hotel closes all doors after 19:00, if you want to go to the terrace for a cigarette, you have to leave the hotel.
It seems, that there were very advantageous pictures taken to catch guests no matter what the real experience is.the truth is completely different and I really can’t imagine, that even one of the good ratings is true.

Daphne was an absolute gem! Such a pleasure being received by such a pleasant host. The facilities are so clean. Have to say well done to the housekeeping for keeping this place top notch. Breakfast was excellent! Thank you. Will definitely be back

This is the perfect get-away spot and it does not even feel like one's in the city! I'd definitely stay there again. Wish it was not so cold so I could enjoy the pool!

Breakfast was simple but ok, 'sausages' were crap.
No rugby (Supersport) on a big rugby weekend was disappointing..

Very friendly staff - nice garden, specially if you are travelling with a pet as they can roam around.
The cottage was at the back of the house, and it was really cold over there! But the manager was very accommodating and I used the main house to work from.

There's nothing to dislike. They are in a beautiful place and everything was great.

The property itself is beautiful. The guesthouse is well-furnished. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious. Everything was well organised, including having the ability to choose from the breakfast menu in advance.. I even saw there's a conference room, meaning it would be a good venue for meetings.

A lovely facility with very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are a good size with a nice bathroom. Beds are comfortable and linen was new and fresh.
Common areas are comfortable and wifi is good.
The location is easily accessible, in a quiet area.
Overall the accommodation is comfortable and clean
The outside areas were a little dirty. Outdoor mats need to be picked up and cleaned underneath. Chairs need to be wiped down regularly.
Indoor plants are looking sad. Just cleaning the leaves would make them look better and leave the area feeling cleaner
The bathrooms were clean but the shower was blocked so a person ends up standing in a puddle of water.
Also, I was disappointed that there is NO messaging about the area being in a drought. There should be reminders in the bathrooms at the very least.
