Wow — what an incredible healing and wellness resort. This is honestly one of the most beautiful wellness and spa resorts I have ever experienced. From the moment you arrive, everything feels peaceful and connected to nature. The beautiful green surroundings, fresh air, walking paths, and overall atmosphere make it a place where you can genuinely slow down, breathe, and disconnect. The cottage was like something out of a painting — absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were wonderful, and the service was warm and attentive. The spa and treatments were definitely the highlight. There is a strong focus on wellness and healing, with a long list of treatments and services, including facials and consultations with a doctor who can provide a detailed wellness plan. The food was also excellent, and the combination of great food, nature, beautiful accommodation, and outstanding spa facilities makes the whole experience very special.

One thing to note is that this is more of a healing and wellness retreat than an activity resort. There aren't many traditional activities such as bicycles, horseback riding, swimming pools, or regular yoga classes. The focus is much more on wellness, treatments, nature, walking, relaxation, and recovery. Overall, an amazing experience. The rooms, nature, spa, food, and atmosphere were all exceptional. I would absolutely come back again.

It’s probably better to avoid staying here on weekends. Other people’s weddings can really spoil the atmosphere if you’re looking for a calm and relaxing stay. Of course, the wedding guests were everywhere, laughing and celebrating their special day, which is completely understandable — but as a hotel guest, you’re not paying to be part of someone else’s celebration. There were also fireworks around 10 PM, and we couldn’t really enjoy the lake park because it was occupied for wedding preparations. The hotel did send us a message the day before informing us about the wedding and apologizing for the inconvenience. However, I wish they had let us know earlier — if I had known in advance how much it would affect our stay, I might have chosen to cancel or book another date. The breakfast was okay, but for a hotel at this price point, I expected it to be better.

the service 🙃is the thing that ruined the experince for us, it was very slow, the room was so hot and we asked several times for them to fix the problem and they didnt do anything until the end of the day, plus you have to pay for every facility in the resort so nothing was inclusive, everything is pricy so its hard enjoy your time there،،،،خدمة سيئه،مطبخ غير مجهز،لايجود ثلاجة ولا ميكرويف ولا مطاعم ولا توصيل من الخارج والتعامل مع العرب جذا سيء
