The staff were very friendly and amazing
Maybe an accessible laundry for guest however the lady who works here was very kind and helpful in this regard.

the room was clean, tidy, well kitted out with toaster, jug and microwave. A/C was very effective.
nothing really. Although you could hear the plumbing when the neighbouring rooms ran a tap/shower, it was really only noticable when awake, never woke me through the night.

Pictures are definitely as is. Really easy process to check in and check out. Staff were very helpful
Unfortunately our tv wasn’t working and our aircon remote was missing due to theft - so annoying for the owners to deal with because it is out of their control and then other guests don’t have them after

Clean room friendly staff.
I used the plates but could not wash them so felt terrible leaving dirty plates.
The wifi didn’t work. While I hooked up I think there was a bigger problem. I was there for work and had work to do so found this somewhat frustrating.
