We had a great stay! The views from the decks and around the neighborhood are beautiful! Neighbors were all friendly and welcoming. Pool was a bonus for some downtime when not going to the beach. John checked in to make sure we got in okay and we appreciated that. Loved having use of the kayaks as well. Would definitely stay again!

It was a pleasant stay just not for the seniors in your group

Very spacious house with beautiful bay views. Well equipped for crabbing, fishing and kayaking. Close to the beach. Very nice for our family of 8.

Positives - beautiful sunsets, nice and friendly community, designated pet areas Reasons I am only rating average - if you are a pet friendly rental PLEASE provide a decent vacuum cleaner! Ants in kitchen, although there were a number of traps set out...none the less annoying. Washer leaks terribly...and has been doing so for a while given the rust on the washer and mold on the drywall. We did advise owner who responded to my email quickly that a service call had been placed but no further follow up or resolve. LR furniture not comfortable...nor was the deck furniture. Although we found humor in the non-working clock stuck on 4:20, the missing stair rail (that I found and put back in place) and burned out light bulbs give it the feel that it needs a little TLC. Overall - we had a nice week but needs some aggressive cleaning and general repairs.
