Guarda le barche che vanno e vengono sopra il piccolo molo di lavoro. Splendida vista sulla baia di Passamaquoddy, guardando verso l'isola di Campobello. Goditi la variegata fauna selvatica direttamente dal ponte: aquile, cervi, balene. Raccogli i calamari sulla spiaggia sottostante. In stagione, fai un salto alla Chowder House per l'happy hour o prendi la chowder per andare a cena a casa sul tuo mazzo privato!

Pet friendly and the unit being first floor and single level worked out great for our older dog.Clean and well equipped. Gorgeous views of the harbor to watch the cruise ships come and go.Wonderful host. We enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Joan has created a lovely home away from home with this seaside cottage/apartment. There were so many thoughtful extras that really made us feel welcome …coffee, homemade jams, fresh flowers, and more. The space is airy and full of natural light, and attractively decorated, and it has a fabulous porch looking out over the bay-perfect for morning coffee or hot chocolate around the firepit in the evening.We will be back!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Joan’s place for three nights and we couldn’t have been happier. Joanne’s out of her way to make you feel welcome and cared for during her stay. She truly has thought of every detail that will make her home comfortable and relaxing for your vacation. Then there is the location. The back deck has stunning views of the harbor and of Canada! It was an easy walk into town to Polk around in the shops and have a delicious meal. The photos I’ve included are from the deck!
