Lussuosamente attrezzato questa è una casa lontano da casa. Bellissimo giardino con viste panoramiche mozzafiato sulle colline provenzali e giù verso il mare, ideale per mangiare all'aperto o semplicemente per godersi un bicchiere di vino nel bagliore della ciotola del fuoco.
Porte francesi conducono dal giardino alla chef cucina ben attrezzata con lavastoviglie, frigorifero e freezer, forno e piano cottura a doppio combustibile anche una buona varietà di pentole pentole che posateria etc. Questo apre ad una grande sala da pranzo e zona salotto intorno al camino funzionalità. Il divano letto è su questo piano. Il bagno al piano inferiore è di buone dimensioni con solo wc e lavabo, questo ospita anche la lavatrice e asciugatrice.
C'è un sistema musicale separato di buona qualità e CD su questo piano anche il modem che funziona il wifi attraverso la casa e il giardino e un telefono o un pod dock per l'hi fi
Primo piano grande salone / camera da letto con letto matrimoniale a baldacchino marocchino ed accogliente fuoco elettrico effetto log, divano in pelle, divano in ferro marocchino e sedia antica. C'è anche una cabina armadio con spazio di archiviazione. Abbiamo una TV hd da 50 pollici con una vasta selezione di raggi blu e DVD. Inoltre una buona e variegata selezione di romanzi e libri di riferimento.
Soppalco con letto king size in ottone, una grossa unità, cassettiera, sedia. Il bagno ha una grande marmo piastrelle cabina doccia, wc e lavabo, con un abbondante approvvigionamento di acqua calda

A fantastic house for a couples holiday or family family of 4.The kitchen was well equipped and opened up to a very large private terrace area with great views. Ideal for eating out.Local small restaurant we went to was high quality. Le Perousin.Public transport was very available either train or bus and reasonably priced. No car is required.The stairs to the top bedroom are steep but not a problem if care is taken using them.I would fully recommend this property.

Great location to use as a base for exploring the whole area. Definitely no car is required. Navette bus to the town ran every 15 minutes. From the town, lots of buses and trains. The house has a lovely terrace with an expansive view and you can see the ocean at a distance. Unfortunately this time of year there was not much sun which would have been nice for the chillier days. The house is comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and the washer/dryer worked well. Beware that the stairs to go up to the third floor bedroom require care as they are very narrow and steep. All in all a good experience. Simon responded promptly to all communication.

This property is a real find....more a home-from-home than just a holiday rental....and with such Provençal style.The house is very well positioned on the slope facing the Renoir house on the opposite hill (a visit, a must! Buy the combined ticket for the house, and the Grimaldi Chateau in Haut de Cagnes, which is also well worth a visit).The 'navette' (free bus, No 44) is useful for the journey back up the hill with shopping (great market in Cagnes, and Intermarché just down the hill). Once your shopping is 'home', very well-equipped kitchen to cook it in!Simon the owner was very helpful, before and after arrival. We particularly found the hifi in the downstairs kitchen/sitting area useful.This is a lovely peaceful spot in, what can be a village busy with traffic and visitors....a haven to which we looked forward to returning after a day out.....so many things to see within the range of local buses - but beware the ticketting arrangement can be confusing; we bought a card from the driver on the 620 from opposite the airport which costs 4 each, and contains a deposit on the card and one journey. The card can be 'loaded' at many stops, but we went to the bus office at Cagnes sur Mer railway station to do it. Other places outside the range of the card can be reached by the Zou busses for which single tickets can be bought from the driver for 2.50.We hope to return next year.

A great stay in this wonderful house. It's a very quiet and lovely place. The home is decorated with lots of taste. There is cool view from the terrace. We could fifind everything : shops, walks, beach... In winter to park is not a problem.
