Great little apartment. Short walk to Broadway where you can find some restaurants & cocktails. On street parking was easy to find. The hosts communicated well and let us check in early since are flight got in early in the AM. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

The property was higher than I normally pay, but it was worth every extra penny! There was a lot of info all over the house filled with things to do. I went to Denver to see my son and his fiancée and they had plans for every day. We had so much fun! I am incredibly impressed with Denver and with my hosts.

It was a short visit but we had a great time. Cindy and Daniel were always available for any inquiries. We loved their place, very cozy and accessible to everything. I can call it home away from home. Hope will get the chance to come back again some time soon.

Great location to downtown and local neighborhood restaurants and shopping. Very clean, parking was no issue and Cindy was great to deal with. We plan on returning next time we’re in town for a concert and Ave’s game. Thank you!

If you need a place to stay in Denver, look no further! This place is perfect starting with the hosts. Super attentive, very friendly and great communication. It is easy to access and very quiet. The Refuge had everything that we needed. If we go to Denver again, this is where we will stay.

Logan Street Refuge was a wonderful place to stay! The neighborhood was perfect, with plenty of amazing places to eat within walking distance and a short uber ride to everything downtown.
The backyard is beautiful and a peaceful place to sit out in the morning or at night.
The owners are very friendly and easy to get a hold of if you need anything.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. This place met all of our needs. It’s comfortable and clean. The owners were available and made it clear we could reach for anything we needed but we didn’t have to do that because everything was already provided. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this spot to anyone.

I’d suggest you give your home address, then explain refuge is in alley behind. Our GPS didn’t help much! It was probably my fault, but I didn’t realize parking was not on property. My husband has difficulty walking.

We stayed at the Logan Street Carriage House while visiting Denver for my boyfriend's birthday. It was the perfect location and within walking distance of many coffee shops and restaurants. Cindy and Daniel were responsive and kind. I would definitely stay there again!

Daniel dis a great job of welcoming us and giving us information on local restaurants and things to do. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if traveling to the Denver area.

This cool little carriage house provided a wonderful centralized location for all the day trips we had. The place was private, clean & had all amenities that we needed.
Wonderful little restaurants nearby to walk to.
The hosts were great & there was a cool little deck that we could admire their beautiful urban garden with koi pond.

This was the perfect home for our recent stay. Great neighborhood that we felt completely comfortable in. The kitchen and bathroom were STOCKED! I literally could have left all my toiletries at home! The backyard is so peaceful and tranquil. Would definitely rent again!

My son and I decided to book a last minute trip and found Logan Street and booked it immediately. Cindy and Daniel were the loveliest hosts and their property and location were just beautiful. A totally peaceful oasis with a koi pond, plants and gorgeous flowers and artistic touches, Beds were both so comfortable and we even had laundry. Daniel and Cindy were available for questions about where to eat and what to do, LOVED the Denver Botanical Gardens and Waffle Guys, If we come to Denver again, this would be our first choice for lodging. LOVED it.

Our preferred way to travel is to have a comfortable home base for a week while we explore the city and surrounding area. The Logan Street Refuge was the perfect spot for our recent vacation to Denver. The hosts were very helpful, providing recommendations for things to do--and even tickets to the beautiful Denver Arboretum. The location is superb--near to museums, and if you rent a car easy access to freeways for exploration of the nearby mountains. There is ample free on street parking. The apartment is very comfortable, looking out over a beautifully landscaped courtyard. We enjoyed our stay.

spotlessly clean, quiet, super comfy bed with really nice linens...did not adventure out into the neigborhood because i was working and trade-showing..... lots of good restaurants....there is a bit of confusion for uber and taxi drivers since the flat is entered from the alley, but that is easily handled by waiting for any pick up at the edge of the alley where it meets the street.....perhaps renters should know the address of the main house so that they can tell drivers to drive behind that... just a thought...would definitely stay here again...

I appreciated the little oasis i felt i was in while in Denver. This is close to lots of restaurant options and felt like a safe neighborhood. Had everything i needed, was clean and even though the owner was sick while i was there, she made sure i was taken care of. Would certaystay here again.

My daughter and I recently staying rare find. It was nestled in an older downtown district, but close to everything. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds in e had every slept in. We will definitely be back!!!

Easy checkin, parking was not a problem. Place was modern and updated and fit all our needs. The host was very available and friendly and even gave us a jar of their home made honey. Delicious! We were close to everything and could even walk to eateries in the Speer neighborhood. Will stay there again.

We had a rental car and honestly hardly had to use it except to take a day trip and to have since we have a late flight out. Great little places to eat and drink well within a mile of the place. We would stay here again on our next as of yet to be planned stay in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality!!

This property location is in a great area of Denver. We had an easy walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Parking was very easy and free. While we spent the majority of our time out and about, it was a nice place to come back to and enjoy the peace and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay at Logan Refuge. It has a well-appointed kitchen, nice bed and pretty court yard. Cindy and Daniel were quick to respond to our questions. It was surprisingly quiet given its central location. And a great breakfast biscuit can be found just a block away at Rise and Shine.

Very nice place. Location is awesome. Close to downtown and easy access to bike paths which take you everywhere. It is small, but perfect for two people. Would definitely rent again.

What an amazing little spot. The hosts were communicative, accommodating, and overall wonderful people. The coach house was clean and well-equipped. The outdoor area is lush and so tranquil. You almost don’t want to leave but you have to explore the area on Broadway just a few quick blocks to the west. I’d love to stay again. You won’t be disappointed. Huge thanks to our wonderful hosts.

Cindy and Daniel were so welcoming and amazing. Always available by text. They allowed us to grow the botanic gardens on their friends and family membership and it was absolutely incredible. The living space was sparkling clean and modern. The outdoor garden that the carriage house sits upon is absolutely impeccable. 10/10 for all ratings, we can’t wait to come back for future visits.

This stand alone, over garage one bedroom unit was perfect for our trip. It has excellent proximity to great cafes (Rosebud, Rise and Shine), restaurants (Uncle Ramen a must!) and shops (Broadway). We didn't have a car and didn't really need one for these destinations. The unit is clean and spacious with modern bath and kitchen. The hosts are fantastic, and care for not only a couple of hives, but a fish pond in the courtyard which provides lovely sights and sounds while sitting on the deck in the morning. The private access gave us a sense of solitude but Cindy and Daniel were so quick to respond to every message, and so thoughtful to ensure our stay was great. Really truly a great value here. We would stay again, absolutely!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this special carriage house, we were visiting our son and it was fairly close to him. Although we were on the go so much during our 3 day stay we enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee in the morning and having a comfortable bed when we returned at the end of the day. The property is beautiful and it felt very private. We will return for sure.

This was a magical experience in a beautiful home. The backyard is beautiful and very serene. The host provided us with a great visit to the Botanical Gardens and we’re always fast to reply to questions through text, website or calls. Being a Vrbo employee I can’t say enough positive things about these hosts.
Very close walk to anything needed such as breakfast, diners, pubs and anything else is a quick drive. Very nice neighborhood. Only complaint is the way parking works, but that is not controlled by the hosts. That’s just Denver.
I wish I had more space to type to say all the good things and more stars to give. This was a unit I will be staying at any time I am in Denver and will advise the readers of this to do so as well as all my family and friends. Amazing rental.

A Honey of a Stay
This fantastic little carriage house was safe, stylish and fun. For a woman traveling alone it was a haven. The hosts were kind, generous and fun to sit and drink mead with. Learned about bees, hugged a kitten and relaxed. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and again.

A favorite spot!
I really don’t want the secret to get out on how amazing this property is as a get away spot for 2, but it is seriously perfect. The kitchen is stocked with the basics, the bed is comfy, the location has a huge selection of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, the hosts are great people, and the backyard…heaven! I want to keep this as a hidden gem so I don’t have issues booking again next year, but hope others can enjoy this great spot too!
