This was our second time staying at this property . The 3 bedroom unit is large and very comfortable for our family if 5. Koenji is a very cool neighbourhood snd this property is just off the main shopping street ( v cool cafes and vintage shops ) and very easy walk to JR line and subway station . 3 bedroom unit has a rooftop balcony -perfect for the sunset . Very quick into Shinjuku etc . Highly recommend
Nothing - second time staying here

The location was perfect, the appartement was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our time enormously. The facilities were really good and convenient.

The location was perfect. It was clean and very close to the neighborhood stores, restaurant and trains.
It was on two levels and the bathroom was next to the kitchen not the bedroom

Good location in Koenji, good facilities and a/c and would be good value for group of 3 or 4 sharing.
Property - especially bedroom area in basement - had very little ventilation or natural light and smelt a bit damp and stale. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Cut my stay short and stayed somewhere else.
