The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were also given an upgrade to our room.
The restaurant next to the hotel was very convenient and tasty.

Breakfast was complimentary from the hotel for the first day of my stay and was extensive, tasty and healthy.
For the price being paid per day, I was expecting an electric kettle and tea coffee as part of the provisions in the room.

Breakfast was okay. Pay during checkout was showing how reliable and flexible the hotel was.
Room facilities was not great. There was no kettle, The hotel did not allow food from outside which is very very bad experience for us. The door latches, knobs were all pretty old n rustic. Overall not a pleasant stay.

It’s located in a very nice location. Very near to Karnataka ias association. So they tend more carefully to officials and you are second priority.
While you book from sites they allot you the worst room and show you better rooms as upgrade with a price. Especially for non Karnataka people.

Initially the room we booked in online was very bad as it was a basic room. The front office manager charged us 500 per night extra for four nights and gave us the deluxe room. This we have paid extra out of the actual amount we have paid for 4 nights of Rs 9500.
