Great location. Easy and efficient contact with staff
We had a small black fly infestation in the bathroom. No window so I think they were coming through the pipes at the sink.

Location and amenities were good. Staff was helpful and reasonable in a tough situation that was beyond their control.
It’s difficult to give this property a proper rating as the entire building lost power the first night of our stay, and we ended up staying elsewhere. We spent a short amount of time in the unit and were sad to leave it, but the power outage lasted 18 hours or so (due to someone else flooding a floor of the building). It was unclear how long the outage would last so we opted to move to a different location. The property manager communicated with us as information was available and issued a full refund when we opted to move.

Great location near the station and old town. Lovely and clean, seemed to be newly decorated. Great view from the little balcony.
