amazing closeness to old town quiet easy

no help about parking no staff bed was adequate

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Had everything you needed, balcony with a view, walking distance to the old town, plenty of shops nearby. Communication was amazing and even when I wasn't sure of things they helped.

Had trouble with the outside door for recycling and rubbish. The code didn't work. Was given the wrong accommodation details, but managed to sort the problem in the end.

I love this property and the stay was amazing. I stayed there already many times and still happily I would come back. Very specious, clean and the deco it’s so nice and so much attention to details. Comfortable beds, great location and contact with very helpful staff.

The property was in a great location, close to the Old Town as it was only a 5 minute walk through the park. The suite itself was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We had a kettle, cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses and a fridge which was great. We also had bottles of water provided which we appreciated.

When we arrived we noticed we had ear plugs provided which we felt a bit uneasy about as there is obviously a noise issue. It was quite noisy for us being lighter sleepers. The windows allow quite a bit of noise to filter through from the trams and road traffic. We also had someone playing loud music and moving furniture above us at 3am the one morning during our stay. Also the drainage / sewage smell upon entering the building was really bad. It did smell like it was being masked with air freshner of some sort but not a pleasant mix.
