Wonderful breakfast on the terrace with view of Kutaisi! The room was very comfortable, good beds, good bath, good aircon, reasonably priced minibar. Efficient laundry service, car rental available. But the best of all is the very friendly people running the place! The 15 min walk from town goes a bit uphill, you can cheat by taking the cable car up and then walk over to the hotel :-)

We stayed for just one night, but we really enjoyed our stay. It’s a lovely, cozy, and peaceful place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful.)

Nice location, not far away from center, nice terrace where breakfast is being served with views over city, modern well equipped rooms with nice bathrooms.
Plated breakfast. People have very different taste in food and would prefer to choose themselves. Also much more food waste this way but of course it's owner's choice. Owner was flexible to altering breakfast choice when asked which I though was very nice.

Large shower. Good parking.
Bad smell in the apartment.
Not very clean.
We paid for breakfast but didn’t get it because it starts at 9am and we had to leave earlier.
Low ceiling.
Pool table on pictures turned out to be a joke (kids toy and broken).
