Beautiful riverfront home with BIG views STR2025-037
Spaziosa casa 3bed / 2bath arroccata sopra il possente fiume Uncompahgre. Fai una passeggiata lungo il fiume o raggiungi il Ridgway State Park a meno di mezzo miglio di distanza. La città di Ridgway si trova a 3 miglia di distanza, dove abbondano negozi e ristoranti. Telluride è un comodo 45 minuti e Ouray è a soli 10 minuti dalle sue sorgenti termali e avventure!
Questa proprietà è un eccellente campo base per molte attività, in particolare la caccia in autunno. Comodo accesso alle unità 62 e 65. Un sacco di parcheggio per rimorchi, fuoristrada, utv, ecc.
Un sacco di fauna selvatica da guardare proprio presso la struttura. Le aquile calve arrivano alla fine di settembre / inizio ottobre per la corsa al salmone autunnale dal bacino idrico di Ridgway sul fiume insolito. Le aquile 🦅 restano in giro fino a fine novembre / inizio dicembre. Divertente vederli cacciare direttamente dalla vasca idromassaggio !!

A decent home in a great location. Although the house is definitely older, the accommodation was fine for our needs. Beds were comfortable and and the home had everything we needed, plus it was 3 mins from a grocery store. Scenery was amazing and it was awesome being close to the river, even if it was a short hike down the hill. The interior could definitely use some updating and deep cleaning. Many items didn't work or weren't available. No working hot tub, refrigerator water dispenser and ice were inoperable and there were a few light bulbs out that I replaced myself. The tap water was not that great, so we bought spring water. Many faucets an the tub had significant hard water crust. Overall it was a good stay due to it's convenient location to Ridgway, Ouray, and Telluride, the great scenery and openness and the price we paid compared to others in the area.

The property is fine. Even though there are pictures of a hot tub, it is not operational. We should have asked before we booked.

wonderful views. Building needs significant improvements. Ice maker on refrigerator was not working, several light fixtures not functioning. Kitchen supplies were of poorer quality than other places we have stayed, and somewhat mismatched. Very warm when we stayed, and inability to open windows for cross ventilation made it uncomfortable. Handle on shower faucet was not working properly and made it difficult to control temperature.
