The Location was amazing! Very central to lots of popular spots in Rome. And lots of shops nearby for food and necessities. Small apartment but exactly what we needed as two couples

Lots of stairs to climb, but no big deal

It was centrally located to all amenities, nice quaint Road. Very close to the Colosseum and many eating places. Really fab.

It was on the fourth floor. The hot water didn’t work, despite having a mechanic out. The Kitchen air conditioner leaked, the large bedroom air conditioner was not cool enough. In the evening and into the night, it was very noisy due to Cafeteria and wine/beer sellers. Also early morning noise due to bins being collected and delivery of goods for the supermarkets.

Beds were comfy. Cute kitchen. Appreciated the Nespresso.

Wicked steps in bathroom that felt very dangerous.

the Location was really central, close to the train station, close to the metro, walkable distance from city centre. lively neighbourhood. the self check-in with the app was very practical. The staff was available and easy to reach.

On our arrival we found that there were maintenance works on the stairs, with scaffolding you had to step over (not practical with a suitcase), and scaffolding poles right in front of the flat entrance door, so to get in and out you have to turn on the side and go between the pole and the door. The Host said that it was done in line with local regulations, which is ok, but nonetheless my partner (190cm tall) had to bend under the scaffoldings, and a big suitcase does not go through. the air conditioning is very weak, so it refreshes the flat very slowly. They ask you not to leave the air con on while not in the flat (which is perfectly fine under normal conditions...), but it took about 1 hour to go from 33 degrees to 30 degrees in the flat. The street below is pretty lively, so sleeping with open windows is not really feasible. Moreover the windows are old and thin, so at 4:00/4:30 am you would wake up as the trash collection van comes.
