Fuggi dalla vita di città e rilassati in questo luminoso cottage ben tenuto, vicino a tutto. Cammina verso tutti i posti migliori di Dennis Port - a meno di 5 miglia (10 minuti a piedi) dalle spiagge di Haigis e Glendon, ea pochi passi da Joey's, Dog House, Chapin's, Sand Dollar, One Stop per generi alimentari e Di Più! Cammina 7 minuti al Cleat & Anchor per i tuoi giochi Red Sox giornalieri (ma puoi anche divertirti a casa con il nostro pacchetto NESN!). 5 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Bass River per kayak, tubing e altre attività familiari. Goditi il meglio di entrambi i mondi: nel bel mezzo dell'azione, ma in un quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso.
Ti faremo sentire a casa e saremo lieti di fornire la nostra "guida per esperti" su ristoranti, negozi, boutique e attività su tutto il promontorio per rendere il tuo viaggio unico nel suo genere.

Patio anteriore con barbecue grill, tavolo esterno con sedie comode (posti 4), 2 biciclette, ripostiglio che contiene attrezzi da spiaggia (4 sedie da spiaggia, ombrellone, 2 tavole boogie,). NO LINENS. Si prega di portare lenzuola e asciugamani (compresi teli mare). Tutto il resto è fornito. Trapunte con piumino e cuscini forniti. 2 posti auto fuori strada ma spazio per altro sulla strada. Fai dei ricordi meravigliosi e felici a Sullivan Cottage!

Easy check-in and great communication! The house is in a great location close to everything and is modern and updated. We loved relaxing on the front patio and enjoying the beautiful lawn. The beach chairs and wagon were clutch with our toddler and walking everywhere! We will definitely stay here again next time!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at Sullivan cottage (2 adults, 2 toddlers). It was clean, on a quiet street, and had a nice front yard where we played with the kids and had a few picnics. The cottage had a bumbo seat, a wooden train set, and beach toys for kids that aren’t mentioned on the listing and were a huge bonus for our family who traveled in by plane. Many of the reviews mention a small bathroom, but it was fine and didn’t bother us. The house is quaint, cozy, and well decorated— which may not be important to everyone, but it’s something I look for when paying summer rates in Cape Cod. (Lots of the rental houses you see look like you’re staying in someone’s basement from 1999?!) The house layout / open floor plan makes the most of the space, and has thoughtful conveniences like chargers in all the nightstands, fans/mirrors/hooks/closets in every room, a shoe rack by the front door, etc. The location in Dennis was convenient for biking to great restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, and the beach. And bikes + helmets were included with the house!! Our favorite close beach with kids was South Village, and our favorite dinner night out was at the outdoor bar at Ocean House. The owner’s guide was helpful to find local tips, and the owners themselves were so hospitable and gracious— and responded to questions almost immediately via text! We would highly recommend Sullivan Cottage to other small families and hope to be back next year!

Property is neat and clean all updated for the most part. Owners are great to work with and are available anytime. 1/2 mile easy walk to beach. Lovely patio set out front to enjoy morning coffee: tiny bathroom but both indoor and outdoor showers. Loved it there!
