“La vecchia Quercia”was founded about ten years ago thanks to the skill of my father, Vilmaro Dottarelli whose idea was to recreate an old barn. The house is located in a complex of five cottages. The apartment is ideal for numerous families or groups who love nature and the countryside and who want to make excursions to art’s cities and localities or just want relax in the green.
The apartment has a mezzanine, and has 8/9 beds.
On the ground floor there is 1 kitchen, 1 stove, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, 1 storage room.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms (1 with a sofa bed, 1 with 2 single beds).
