The Originals Boutique, Clair Hôtel, Martigues

Really nice staff, large room and parking (booked) once I'd worked it out was easy enough. The breakfast was decent. I'd without a doubt stay in this hotel again.

Some noise from adjoining rooms and the Wifi was poor.

The staff at the reception was very kind. The room was clean and comfortable, just a bit smaller than expected. The option for parking in the back courtyard is very useful.

The size of the room was a bit tight, it might be problematic for a long stay.

The room was nothing like the images on the site. Cramped and narrow. Our quadruple room was not on the 40 photos advertised on the site. Solid, uncomfortable beds resulting in neck, shoulder and back ache amongst the group of 4. Unstable metal bunk beds which meant those who move in their sleep would wake the other Poor lighting Very few mirrors for getting ready in a group Minimal room to sit and chat/wait for others in group Shower made bathroom floor wet and slippy. Poor storage - one wardrobe only had three hangers and these didn't fit the depth of the wardrobe so had to hang sideways. No suitcase stand. Light switch didn't do anything by the door Key didn't fit into the door easily so got stuck against the wall Terrace locked in mornings Towels were of variable quality, some thin and small Breakfast ran out of cereal and was not re stocked. Eggs mixed with bacon, not acceptable if you're vegetarian.
