Vivi lo stile di vita dell'isola di Coronado in questo capolavoro costiero contemporaneo in una posizione centrale del villaggio - 2 1/2 isolati dalla spiaggia, ristoranti e negozi di Orange Ave - nessuna macchina richiesta - solo infradito! La casa è stata progettata per un soggiorno SoCal indoor / outdoor senza soluzione di continuità, caratterizzato da un moderno design di concetto aperto con drammatiche pareti di vetro operabili con esposizione a sud e fresche brezze oceaniche. Splendide finiture di fascia alta dappertutto, terrazza sul tetto con vista sullo skyline del centro e sul ponte. Barbecue a gas, vasca idromassaggio e aria condizionata. Tre (3) camere da letto e una camera degli ospiti / ospiti - ognuna con il proprio bagno privato. Questa casa dispone di cucina gourmet con elettrodomestici Monogram inossidabile, sistema di acqua ad osmosi inversa, patio privato con barbecue, doccia esterna sulla spiaggia. Ascolta i suoni del vicino surf che si infrangono. Rilassati nella vasca idromassaggio o riscaldati nelle fresche serate accanto al tavolo da fuoco sul ponte sul tetto. Nel soggiorno, siediti e rilassati mentre guardi un film sulla TV da 65 "o ascolta la musica sul sistema di intrattenimento audio surround. Internet WiFi ad alta velocità.

We had a fantastic stay in Coronado. The house is perfectly located to the Del, the shops on Orange, and the beach. The rooftop deck (with downtown views) is a perfect place to share a meal. We will be back next year!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we would definitely do it again. The price is reasonable and the place has many benefits. Four bedrooms all with their own bathrooms make it great for couples / adult kids with their partners allowing for enough privacy yet with ample common areas to gather. The upstairs bedroom made for a great office so I could work remotely over the month. Location is great for easy walks to the beach, Hotel Del Coronado and restaurants in the vicinity, and about a mile from the Coronado Ferry Landing and surrounding restaurants. We loved walking everywhere. The large sliding glass doors and windows open up so you can enjoy the beautiful Coronado weather. The rooftop has couch seating and a table for eating plus a large umbrella to block the sun if you want. It’s very pleasant up top. Ed is very responsive to inquiries. We locked ourselves out of one of the bathrooms by mistake and he came by and opened it up. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here and plan to return.

Spacious light filled, every bedroom had a bath, big kitchen and living room area with open window wall to bring the outside in – plenty of storage and parking-great kitchenette and laundry downstairs. Easy in and out and would definitely do again.

This house is plenty big and has some great features however a few things to note:
1. Early morning traffic on ninth and olive before 7 am woke us in the master bedroom every weekday morning.
2. Owner has an office in the house that has a separate entrance but that he does work out of during the week.
3. This house is considered a single family home however there is another unit, owned by a separate family, as part of the overall house. These units share walls.
4. Unfortunately this other owner decided to start a remodel during the last two weeks of our stay. This was a huge inconvenience due to ongoing pounding, drilling and metal work occurring throughout the week. We were unable to enjoy the rooftop during the day and had a hard time getting away from the noise. We requested a partial refund and our owner said no. This did not instill goodwill with us as renters.
