The towels were still in the dryer, but we found them. We had to ask for the wifi password, it would be nice if they just provided it. The coffee maker had not been cleaned before we arrived. The pull out bed was so uncomfortable we folded it back and just slept on the couch.

Great communication with the property manager when I messaged them with a concern on arrival. Access instructions were clear and timely. The cleaning crew that cleaned before our arrival did not clean the floor properly which lead to very dirty feet and socks immediately after we arrived.
