BEAUTIFUL SUMMER BEACH HOUSE, WALK TO BEACH, & GAME ROOM & ACADEMIC YEAR
Bella casa 4 camere da letto tra cui 2 bagni, 2 zone soggiorno, 2 cucine, 2 TV con cavo, lavatrice e asciugatrice nel livello inferiore. Le dimensioni del letto sono 3 regine e 1 letto full size. Le immagini non riflettono la nuova pavimentazione in legno in tutta la casa e la cucina recentemente rinnovata. La casa ha una cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici e comprende anche un mazzo con patio e grill a gas. È a pochi passi da Sand Hill Cover Beach e ha una doccia esterna per dopo la spiaggia. La posizione è molto desiderabile per le famiglie in quanto la spiaggia è meravigliosa per i bambini e il quartiere è ottimo per passeggiate e gite in bicicletta. C'è molto da fare nella zona, ci sono ristoranti meravigliosi, Block Island è raggiungibile in traghetto e la pittoresca Newport è vicina. Questa casa è anche disponibile per affitti annuali URI. Let's start with the fact that the house is an easy walk to the beach and in a nice spot otherwise. It is spacious for a large group and the duplex nature of it lets folks spread out. There's great breezes through the house.
The outdoor shower is great - with hot & cold water.

House is more of a duplex with 2 kitchens/living areas/ bathrooms. Overall good rental - could use new pots and pans in the kitchens. Great yard and outdoor shower

The location of the house is great, short walk to the beach so we did not have to worry about parking. The house was well stocked with all of the basic cooking and cleaning necessities. The owners were very nice and super responsive. The outside shower was a great bonus.
Our only complaint was the lack of attention to detail. For example, one of the bathrooms had a broken shower handle and instead of replacing it there was a screw that was used as a temporary fix. Not only did this make it difficult to use the shower but it also hurt your hand. My husband is a civil engineer and noticed that the deck had some minor, safety violations. We always had to be extra cautious when our 3yo daughter would climb up and down the stairs of the deck.
Overall, we had a great time there and lots of great memories were made. If more attention was made on some of the particulars then our trip would have been even better.
