Benvenuti al Whiteface Club & Resort e al nostro bellissimo condominio Lakeside 16! Siamo una casa con 3 camere da letto che può ospitare 8 persone con 2 camere da letto matrimoniali e una camera a castello. Ci sono due bagni privati completi, una lavatrice / asciugatrice, un soggiorno molto bello e accogliente, una finestra con vista sul lago, una cucina di fascia alta con ripiani in granito, un doppio lavandino, vetrine e molto altro. Ci sono decorazioni e mobili a tema ADK in tutto e tutti i servizi per rendere questa casa lontano da casa. Abbiamo un camino a legna e un bel patio con vista sul porto turistico e parcheggio privato.
La nostra posizione è spettacolare mentre trascuriamo il porto turistico, il lago e le montagne con gli splendidi giardini fioriti, il porto turistico, la spiaggia e la Moose Lodge Boathouse proprio sotto di noi. C'è anche una piccola spiaggia privata (ottieni pass gratuiti), barche a noleggio, il ristorante - siediti dentro o fuori sull'acqua - oltre a tennis, escursioni e golf nel nostro resort e tutto ciò che puoi raggiungere a piedi. Ci sono 3 ottimi ristoranti in loco: l'ADK Cafe al centro golf, la Moose Lodge Boathouse proprio sotto di noi e lo spettacolare Lake Placid Lodge con Maggies Pub a pochi passi di distanza.

We just spent 3 nights here and were very pleased. Plenty of room and fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities and then some. Appliances seem new, and everything was in great condition, very clean, and provided instructions left few questions. Took advantage of the spectacular fire place with wood included. Even with snow every day the views are incredible. The facility had the snow cleared every morning before we left the property. Owners very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Location is 10 minutes from downtown Lake Placid Main Street, yet on the lake and view of the mountain makes you feel away from it all. The nightly rate is very reasonable, adding in all the fees can make it feel pricey though if you’re not splitting cost with others. If you can get past that, you won’t be disappointed staying here.

Great location, nice and quiet but near to many diversions. The condo itself was well equipped, with a great floorplan that accommodated my party of 8 to be together or also apart. Access to a small beach was perfect for the kids, while the adults enjoyed the kayaking. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

This is the third time we have rented this unit. The layout is perfect for traveling with friends. It is spacious and private. The furnishings are Adirondack style and comfortable. The deck overlooking Lake Placid is one step closer to heaven! The grounds are beautiful! My only suggestion would be that the unit is tired and needs a refresh-new paint, wallpaper and ceiling fan. The bathroom faucet squealed but we figured out a way to make it stop with a washcloth jammed under. My only other suggestion would be to have the unit deep cleaned. We hope to rent again the next time we want a mountain fix! Tim Lauraine
