Great contact from hosts. Light and airy room. Comfy bed. Breakfast simple but fresh and hand delivered.
Shower door wouldn't shut, bathroom needs a lick of paint.

This property is in a quiet location close to the Sea Front at Lee on Solent. The beds were very comfortable.
We enjoyed having breakfast delivered on a tray to our room.
Lovely friendly host!

Our stay at Avon Manor was excellent. Karen and Lynn are excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely recommend and would stay here again on our next trip to Lee on Solent. :)
Everything was top shelf. No complaints at all.
