We absolutely loved this house! Perfect for closeness to Gruene and river tubing facilities. Gorgeous views and you can hear the water rushing in the river rapids right below you from both outdoor decks. Like our own private oasis 5 minutes from everything we wanted to see and do!

Had an interesting start. We showed up and the AC was not working. The management group had someone out within an hour. However, the person they called didn't have parts to fix it and told us he was going to dinner and then would come back and fix it. (I would love the AC guy a one star) but that wasn't the home owners fault in my opinion. House is super nice and beautiful view. The only recommendation I would have is to trim the trees getting into the place. We all drive 3/4 ton trucks and scratched the top of our trucks because of all the low hanging limbs.

This is a nice property. Awesome location with a great view. We had a fantastic time while we were there. However, the house needed a serious scrubbing. I’m not one to complain but when the couple we were with mentioned it I knew I wasn’t being picky. It was actually a bit embarrassing. Other than the cleanliness of the house it was an awesome place to stay. Sandra Hall
