The breakfast was excellent and great service!

The location was good.
The carpet was dirty, the room smelled bad. The fire alarm went when we tried to turn on the heat. The receptionist made us feel bad that the fire alarm went off when we tried to turn on the heat.

Location was right off the freeway, very easy to find.
There was Cobwebs in the window sills of the pool area. They didn't have an outdoor patio area by the pool.

room was clean but you could smell that another dog had been in there previously, bad for my allergies as I’m allergic to cats and long haired dogs.

Friendly & helpful staff. My room was very clean and comfortable. I was shocked at the amount of towels and pillows provided! Loved!

The breakfasts and kitchen staff were great,
My rooms were full of bugs. The first one was what I think were bed bugs and a bad refrigerator, the replacement room was full of spiders, so I gave up. I was told by the night clerk the first night that the manager would contact me, that never happened. I was never so glad to checkout and leave a place like this one. Left all my bags outside for a few days when I got home.

Very friendly staff at the desk. Very accommodating to our needs even with understanding the remote control.
Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect in route to Door County.
