Breakfast lady was so very kind and sweet!
Housekeeper walked in my room after we checked in, it was very odd. She scared me and my son. Made us very uncomfortable. I hate to think she was up to no good.

Location
The AC/Heat in room 210 was terrible. Had to have the ac set super cool (60°) otherwise the unit expelled the most putrid smell I’ve ever smelt. My child vomited due to the extreme stench. The trash in our room was 1/2 full when we arrived to our room. Went to the indoor pool-appeared to be feces of sorts on the pool steps/floor of pool near steps (didn’t see it until we were getting out as we had entered the pool on the deep end.
