Really good value hotel, much better than we expected for the price. Rooms were comfortable and the food was good without breaking the Credit Card! Staff were helpful. We went to watch Bury v Alfreton in the Northern Premier League and Bury won that in the 90th minute so great weekend all round!!
I can see the stairs being an issue for some people, particularly those carrying luggage, and people should be aware that breakfast is no longer served. Plenty of nearby alternatives though

Nice location, nice people
Even though I was on the third floor, there was music playing till about one in the morning

Comfortable, easy to find and location was good
Although there was nothing wrong with the room, it was very hot

Easy to find. Staff friendly and communicative. Dinner pleasant enough and inexpensive. Comfortable bed.
Very small private car park which was full during our stay. Municipal car park nearby, cheap but limited parking time (12 hours max) according to the signage.
Hotel couldn't offer breakfast (which was explained to us prior to arrival) but there is a Morrisons Cafe nearby. Hotel location is on a busy gyratory so lots of traffic noise.
Room OK but shower underwhelming in bathroom.

"Friendly staff on arrival. Room had everything needed and was clean and comfortable. Thank you for putting double duvet on the single bed ! Double glazing cut the traffic noise. Very cheap car park..."
