The property is very organized and the staff are very welcoming. The services provided are great. I would recommend this chain hotel to anyone.

The location is perfect, 5mn walk to the beach and all restaurants on the same streets. I recommend the “TE AMO restaurant” too.

Great staff and service overall. Good location

This was the 3rd time I’d stayed at your hotel and I was underwhelmed at a few things. Breakfast was disappointing, juices were all watered down, no barista onsite to make fresh coffee, no pineapple. Wooden Deck surrounding the pool area was rotten and broken in many places. Needs to pulled up and replaced with fresh deck, my sun lounger fell through some of the rotting deck and I was lucky not to hurt myself. Also tiles on the bottom of the swimming pool were coming away and leaving sharp areas on floor that can cut feet. Pool need to be drained and tiles fixed. I don’t think I’ll be staying again unless the above issues are addressed as they really impact the experience my family had at the hotel.
