Quick three day trip to Breckenridge and had a great stay! The location is perfect, 100 yards to Peak 9 lift and ski rental shops, very short walk to all restaurants and shops in town. Our host, Lee communicated frequently with us including everything from great check-in instructions to restaurant recommendations. We will be back!

We had an amazing trip to Breckenridge and this location could not have been better for our family. Literally a stones throw to Peak 9's Quicksilver super chair. Lee the owner made everything easy and answered all of our questions. The unit is clean, and comes equipped with all cooking and appliance needs. The balcony has a nice view of the mountains
We made the 1 block walk to Mainstreet several times to visit the great restaurants and bars. This location just rocks!
We used many of the ameneties the Village has to offer including the indoor/outdoor heated pool and the fantastic outdoor hot tubs. My kids really enjoyed the game room as well. At night we took advantage of the free firewood for the wood burning fireplace.
My wife and I along with her parents and our two kids had plenty of space an no shortage of things today even in blizzard conditions that kept us off the slopes much of one day.
Highly recommend this property, just don't pick the same week we book next time!

Stayed for 3 nights to ski Breckenridge with my two kids - 21 & 17. This location is fabulous! It was great to be able to get on out early and walk just minutes to the Quicksilver lift & be able to come back and take a mid day break. The condo was very clean, check-in & parking instructions were very clear & appreciated. Walkable to other restaurants & shoppping. We really enjoyed our stay - we will be back some day!

My family of 4 stayed here for our ski trip in Jan 2024. We have stayed in at least 15 places in Breck over the years and this was our favorite.
- We absolutely loved the common areas and used that game / hot tub space every night.
- can’t beat the location. We started and ended at Peak 9 every day and never worried about walking very far in our ski boots.
- we rented from Breck Sports Village and left our skis there overnight, so smooth and convenient!
- the condo was well appointed and had everything we needed from cooking to bathing. The boot dryer/heater was a welcomed bonus.
- I was very impressed by how clean all of the dishes were, that is a big indicator to me on quality of maintenance. The coffee maker too!

This condo was very roomy for 2 families! It was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of bedding for the pull out couch as well. Storage for skis and outer clothing was great! We rented skis from Christy Sports so they stored those for us, but boots, poles, jackets, pants- there was plenty of storage to dry. There is also a boot dryer which was nice. Location is just steps from Quicksilver lift (possibly the closest building to the lift.). We were also just steps from downtown. Great place to stay! We would definitely visit again!

The open floor plan with kitchen and living room is great for gathering the family after a long day on the slopes.

Everything from check in to check out was smooth and easy. The condo was so clean and comfortable. The host was the best communicator and provided all the things needed for a family first vacation at Breck! The condo couldn’t be any closer to quicksilver lift and the town was footsteps away. We can’t wait to come back next winter!

Location was great...right next to Quicksilver lift. Property was immaculate and had everything we needed to enjoy a week of Thanksgiving bliss. The owner was proactive in reaching out to us and made sure we had everything we needed. He was responsive, courteous, and provided information on everything we could possibly need for our stay. I can't say enough good things about this property and especially the owner. Will definitely be booking this property again.

Loved the hiking, biking, shopping and eating in Breckenridge. This recently renovated condo is in the heart of it all. Kitchen was fabulous and spacious for the whole family. Owner was great with communications to help get us checked in and out smoothly.

We were very pleased with this property! It was very clean and spacious enough for our family of 5. It was very close to everything we wanted to walk to, and the communication with the owner was stellar. We would absolutely go to this property again.

Condo was very clean. Need to be patient for hot water in bathrooms. Was nice to have extra bed pillows but there was not additional pillow cases. Kitchen had all amenities you’d need. Additional dish towels would be nice along with dish cloths which were not provided. Property owner was extremely easy to work with. Would recommend this unit without reservation

This Condo is clean, cozy, and comfortable! The condo has a great layout, and view of mountains. We appreciated the short walk to the game room, pool, and hot tubs. It was an easy walk to get downtown, Maggie's Pond, and the hiking area. We enjoyed everything about this trip to Breck. We plan to book with adult kids/grandkids in the future, the amenities available here are very kid friendly. The owner/operator Lee was very informative, and checked in with us a couple times to make sure all was good after we arrived. 10/10 recommend! :)

If I could give each category 6 out of 5 stars, I would! Lee was very thorough with instructions and attentive to every possible issue or need. Next time we head to Breck, we will cross every finger and toe that this property is available!

Lee is a fantastic host making sure you have everything you need and the condo is perfectly set up for a family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, but you don't have to use it due to the great location near restaurants and amenities. Having access to all the amenities at the village is also helpful. You won't regret staying at this great place. Our family always stays at VRBO places and this one is one of the best!

My family and I had an amazing time recently in Breckenridge. This property was perfectly located for us to enjoy all meals, ice cream, shopping, accessibility to Carter Park where my husband competed in the Firecracker 50 bike race, and even had the opportunity to catch an art festival that set up literally right outside the building. Our three teenagers loved the game room and swimming pool every evening too. Lee was excellent with communication too. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a great spot and such a beautiful home! Really spacious with great finishes and everything you'd need. The indoor outdoor pool (plus kids play spot!) Was great and the 4 good sized hot tubs was a dream- we had an absolute blast! Definitely will be back!

This condo was exactly what we needed! I was traveling with my 4-year-old son, who was doing ski school, and it was literally 40 yards from the condo! Lee (Condo Owner) was a phenomenal communicator and the check-in in process was the easiest I have experienced on VRBO.
Condo was in great shape and everything met and exceeded expectations.
My son loved the built-in bunk beds in the guest room.
We will definitely be back.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The condo is nicely updated, spacious, clean and great amenities for a comfortable stay. It is the perfect location with a couple minute walk to the slopes and Main St. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Great communication with the owner. By far, Lee was the best host I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He made the entire process seamless. We are looking to go back to Breck again next year and I would definitely book this unit again.

We've stayed at the Village a few times and this condo was by far the best experience we've had! The condo was clean with every amenity we could think of. The property has multiple hot tubs and the elevator leads right out to the slopes. We couldn't ask for anything better! Lee was fantastic to work with and kept us updated before, during, and after our stay. Can't recommend this place enough!

The property is amazing. I’ve been to Breck many times. There is not a better location to be had. The property is much bigger than it appears in the photos. Tons of room. Places for everything. Tons of storage. The area that has the pool seems recently upgraded and was awesome. Multiple hot tubs outdoor fire Pit. The sauna and steam room looked almost brand new and were fantastic. There was a even pool table and some arcade games. I wasn’t expecting the common area to be as amazing as it was. The location to ski school cannot be beat. The Mexican restaurant across the street was awesome too. Way better than Rita’s.
Topping it all off is Lee who is just an All Time Greatest host.

Our stay, at the condo in Breckenridge was awesome. The proximity to the ski lifts and the town was perfect. I would highly recommend this condo.

The property is well located, spacious, and mostly in working order. The bed in the main bedroom is old and needs to be replaced since it has large sunken areas from use. The sheets need to be replaced throughout the unit. The host was a bit difficult to work with. After I gave him feedback about the bed and linen, he charged me for something I had no knowledge of. In 30 years of staying in various places, I've never lost part of a security deposit, so this certainly was a surprise. The host also requires lots of communication back and forth before, during, and after the stay - not something I was interested in during a vacation.

This is a great condo in Breckenridge. A perfect ski in/out location right at the base of Peak 9 and walking distance to town. We loved our stay! This was one of the cleanest and best appointed condos we've stayed at in a while...and we travel a lot. The owner is VERY attentive and helpful. We will definitely be booking again when we come back to Breckenridge!

The property was one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in for a two bedroom condo. My family repeatedly remarked that it was very roomy. Location is excellent adjacent to the ski hill as well as shopping and restaurants. Our vehicle is not used the entire week. Thanks Lee!

This condo is way more spacious than pictures can represent! The location is the absolute best for Peak 9. Quicksilver Chair Lift could not get any closer to the Shavano Building at The Village. The condo was exceptionally clean and we even found some extra amenities such as condiments, spices, cooking spray and more. Every appliance was top of the line and they had everything including a toaster oven. Lee was very helpful before, during, and after our stay. He was always available and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The newly renovated hot tubs and health club were nice and easily accessible. Highly recommend this VRBO listing!

We instantly fell in love with this property. It is so well appointed and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. Perfect location to ski school drop off for our kiddos, base of Quicksilver lift, easy walking distance to variety of restaurants and the shops on Main St. The owner, Lee, is an excellent communicator and ensured a smooth process from start to finish.
