Very beautiful, quiet, safe area. The house fit our needs perfectly. Very clean and spacious.
Check in email instructions mentioned a binder would be on the table but didn’t find one. Took us a bit to figure out the dishwasher. One of the beds was not very comfortable and made noise with every move. Overall was a very fun time and would highly recommend. This place. A hot tub would have been perfect for this time of year too.

This property is exactly as listed. It's clean, spacious and in a great, safe location. The kitchen is perfect for cooking, the beds are comfortable and you can't beat the view! We will definitely be back.

The house was perfect for our family. Great location about 20 mins from downtown Nashville. We also enjoyed hanging out at the house in the pool, playing corn hole, or playing games in the evening. The house was set up perfectly!

The only thing i would recommend is having more blankets for the beds. :) But overall great property !

Nice location with easy access, first time on Old Hickory Lake which was very nice. Family enjoyed house and pool. Very nice overall, dock at the very end of cove so hard to fish and could use a little TLC but was nice to take kayaks into the cove and would definitely come back.

Beautiful house with all amenities need for a great vacation. Lounge by the pool during the day and a quick Lyft ride to downtown at night. I highly recommend this property if you go to Nashville!!

The home is lovely, the pool is beautiful. There were plenty of towels, and all the comforts of home. We had a couple of little issues, but, Raychel got right back to us with a solution.
Disappointed that there was no cable, as, none of us had the apps to to play anything on the tv(we're all old people who are technologically challenged), and, it was a little further from Nashville, then we had thought.

We had a hard time with the front door lock we got ahold of the manager and she was there within 15 minutes and gave us another way in the home. The house is wonderful, location was perfect, beds were very comfortable. There were some things we definitely left cleaner but nothing that would steal me away from the home. We had a perfect vacation there!

The location is out of the way but close to everything you could want - restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. The home is beautifully decorated and had every convenience (including kitchen small appliances). We will visit again, and hopefully. during the summer to utilize the pool.

House had lots of space and many good amenities. The area is beautiful and being right on the lake is supernice. Close to downtown Nashville , and also the wedding venue that we came in town for. Would definitely recommend!

The house was clean, the pool was perfect and the owners paid close attention to all of the details for a family to stay. The owners were easy to get in touch with and got back to us very quickly. I would definitely rent again.

Excellent property
The house was amazing with plenty of room for our family and babies. They had all the comforts of home. They have been updating the home and it is even better than the pictures in the listing! The pool was great with nice privacy fence around it. The kayaks were a nice plus too. We brought a boat and launched it at Avondale which was only 5 minutes away. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Exactly as advertised, nice and clean, good communication, great a/c. Dock is in shallow water - something to ask about if you’re planning to dock a boat there. We had a great stay.

We recently stayed here for 6 days in the beginning of May 2022. Upon arrival, the Pool was dirty and there was a sign that said "Pool Closed." After contacting them, the pool was cleaned and opened on our third day at the property - disappointing. The chair cushions were so dirty and musty that they should not be used. The awning on the backside of the house looks like it is ready to rot off the house. The inside of the house was fine except for ants and bugs in the bedrooms and NO toaster anywhere. The floors are being updated and will look nice once finished. The deck behind the pool was totally overgrown and extremely dirty. The yard, grass, and trees around the pool need a MAJOR pruning. The area where the house is located in convenient. The price paid for this property for 6 nights is way over-priced. We have stayed at much nicer properties for 50% of the price. We would not stay again.

Wedding weekend stay
We stayed at the property which was perfectly located for my nieces wedding. There was plenty of space for 5 adults and a 3 year old. The property overall is very nice with great amenities. There are obvious updates being completed which will be welcomed by future guests. It is a beautiful setting for a relaxing get away. We would definitely return as the home is very welcoming.

The house was neat and clean. The house supplied all cooking utensils, plates and silverware. Beds were very comfortable. The pool was closed due to the time of year. I would most definitely rent this again. 5 star rating!!!!!!
