before i made the resarvation i see all of the bad reviews so i contact the hotel and ask them things that important to me so i will enjoy my vacation.
lets start from the beging.. the reception staff is very nice and trying to help.. the problem they dont have the ability to help.
rooms - the hotel have some buildings . the main building where the reception located is the old one. if you go to this hotel Insist not to get a room in this building. also this building is near all the activities and always noisy untill 23:30PM
we got the room on the old building and on the second day i insist to get a room near the waterpark that seems more new from the outside but was also old from the inside.
this hotel need to do a hard refresh!! the rooms is very old with very old furtiune.
the bed are with mold and dust and very Uncomfortable . every morning we wake up with stiff neck.
There are a lot of cockroaches and ants on the floor.
the walls are with Stains and its seems its not really care to anyone from the staff.
No shampo in the shower . i had to buy from the store on the hotel.
cleaning - the staff replace towels every day and arrange the bed but they didn't clean the floor.
food - very boring and not updated. dishes are dirty . we found ourself eating on the snack bar pizza and sausage.
Wifi - very bad and with a lot of disconnections.
Safe box - the safe box cost money . sorry i never heard about 4 star hotel that take money for safe box. just to be clear i insist to get it free.
Waterpark - very good.
In conclusion: i will not return to this hotel. its not worth the money.

The place was great, the food, the parties. Great for kids, the water park is amazing the stuff is very nice.
The food verity vas great, food and alcohol was everywhere. The location is great near every place you would think of.
The house keeping need to be a little better in the rooms.

Got conjuntivitis from lack of clean towels

Overall, the location, the price and the service were great. The food and the choices were excellent.
There were a few issues. The first room we were given was very noisy snd the reply I got was that "I didn't ask for a quiet room".
There is a safety issue in the pools. The filters stick out of the floor and are a hazard for children and adults alike.

The staff were so friendly and the food was very good. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day.
A lot of young families with babies so we just couldn't get away from babies crying at breakfast lunch and dinner. Also rooms are a little on the small side and no privacy. No WiFi in the rooms.

In our room number 444, the doors were NOT closing well especially the bathroom door (see picture)
It should have 2 air conditionner for Family Bedroom instead of 1.
No possibility to buy real alcool instead of the free local alcool.

Smoking is allowed in every public area of the hotel, and it is a big dislike for us. It's impossible to see the evening show with children

Everything!!! We were so Spoiled and well taken care of. Not a single dull moments in our whole stay.

the water park was nice and the staff were lovely
the place is really run down our room especially our room, the beds were very uncomfortable and the food was very average for the price it is.

Pool and entertainment were excellent.
The noise levels on the first floor in main part of the hotel. After a few nights of dealing with it we asked to get moved to a quieter room which was on the second floor and at opposite side of corridor and this was much better.

It is the second time we have chosen the Sun Palace. We combined rest with sightseeing on the island so the stay for us was perfect as we didn't spend all the time in the hotel.. The room was cleaned every day, the change of towels was also frequent. The staff was polite, the food was not the restaurant level, but having in mind the canteen caters for more than eight hundred rooms, it was ok.
