It was spacious for a family of four with two toilets and two bedrooms . The two TVs need to be upgraded to a smart TV and available in English as well.Cable TV is not available in English even though it mentions cable TV .

The collection of the City of Kyoto accommodation tax in a envelope after we had checked in was both awkward and surprising. I do not understand why this tax had to be collected separately through a third party after arrival. The total accommodation cost, including the Kyoto local government tax, should have been included in the final payment made at the time of booking. Requiring guests to make a separate cash payment at check-in creates unnecessary inconvenience and detracts from the overall guest experience. While I acknowledge that this requirement was disclosed in advance via email and through Booking.com, the process itself remains unsatisfactory. I strongly encourage the establishment to provide this feedback to the Kyoto City authorities and advocate for a more streamlined payment method. Visitors should be able to pay all accommodation-related charges, including local taxes, as part of a single transaction prior to arrival or at the time of booking. .

Well equipped and clean + good instructions

No sheets on the mattress in master bedroom

Der var to toaletter med varme i setene og spylefunksjon. Huset var rent. En stor seng med plass til to voksne. Beliggenhet nær kjøpesenter og praktisk busslinje 202. Rimelig med taxi til Kyoto station. God skapplass/oppbevaring på det ene soverommet. Lett og rask kommunikasjon på e-post med utleier. God wifi.

Vi var der i desember og det var veldig kaldt i 1.etasje. Vanskelig å få opp temperaturen. Kald sanitæravdeling. Godt og varmt i 2.etasje, så vi oppholdt oss der om kvelden. Veldig bratt trapp opp og ned. Lite privatliv, man bør kjenne hverandre godt. 7 personer var litt for mange. Beliggenhet i enkelt strøk, se foto av utsikt.

管理が杜撰です、暗証番号の伝え間違い すみませんの一言もなし。 部屋の中でムカデ？数匹。 立地的に夜バイク、ゴミ収集車？ 大通りも近く騒音がひどい。 また、駐車場あり記載 車道にはみ出てる。 道路交通法は大丈夫なのか？
