The room was very clean and the bathroom facilities were of a very high standard. The hotel is walking distance from the station, however I needed a porter to help me with the luggage. The breakfast was fabulous and the choice was really good.
The hotel does not offer coffee/tea making facilities in the room. But on request they did arrange for one, so that was good.

Excellent location and highly professional staff!
Housekeeping forgot toilet paper one time and I had to go downstairs late at night to the front desk.

The staff at this hotel couldn’t have been nicer. They went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The property is gorgeous and clean, and rooms were very comfortable. Location is very close to Piazzale Roma, which was convenient since we were only here for 1 night. The staff were excellent. They helped us book a private transfer and walked us to the dock. They even packed us a breakfast box since we had to leave very early.
Our stay was too short.
