Good location easy access to shopping mall, clean environment everything you need was provided eg. cooking utensils clean linen ,all equipment was in working order Easy to communicate with the owner Ivy and with good internet access.
The flow of water in the bathroom sink was so slow, also being in the Philippines hot environment small insects is lurking around

comfortable place. near SM North

The location was good for us bc we had family in the area, and you can walk to SM North EDSA without walking street level. AC worked well and so did the water pressure was good.
Includes body soap, toothpaste, toothbrush. Internet was stable
There were at least 2 new cockroaches we had to kill each time we walked into the place. And no hair dryer. Closet is quite dusty. Sink is...rinse everything before you use it.
You have to sign up ahead of time to use the gym. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but looked nice.
