Benvenuti nella nostra casa sulla spiaggia recentemente ristrutturata, situata nella zona di Time Square. Questa proprietà ha molti aggiornamenti moderni ma ha ancora la sensazione tradizionale della spiaggia della Florida. La spiaggia / Golfo del Messico è a circa 5 minuti a piedi. Appena entri nella proprietà, sei accolto da una fantastica sistemazione in camera. La camera familiare offre nuovi comodi divani e una TV a schermo piatto e una sala da pranzo con posti a sedere per un massimo di 6 persone. La cucina è fornita con tutti gli elementi essenziali di casa. La nostra casa 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni è spaziosa per una famiglia o una coppia in cerca di scappare. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e bagno privato. La camera da letto # 2 ha un letto matrimoniale e la camera da letto # 3 ha due letti singoli. C'è anche un salotto all'aperto per godersi l'aria della spiaggia. Altri servizi questa proprietà offre è lavatrice e asciugatrice, wifi gratuito, lenzuola e asciugamani.

This house is newly renovated. Everything was very nice and clean. The living area was spacious and all of the furniture was in great shape. We did find the TV a little difficult to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. All the appliances were brand new. The washing machine and dryer worked great as well. The beds were super fluffy and comfortable with lots of good pillows. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The pool area is really cute and the perfect size for a couple people. I did ask if the pool was heated before our trip and was told it was, but it was stillReally cold. There were about 10 pool towels which was really nice. Overall it was perfect and we would stay there again!

Such a great house for our family of 5! The boys loved the pool and it was a great distance to drive the golf cart to the beach. Everything was new and clean and management was easy to get ahold of. We will be back!

The location of this condo is the best thing it has going for it. It needs updating badly. Tile flooring was chipped and grout was nasty. Carpet was old and shampooed too many times. Furniture was too big and bulky. It made it difficult to move around the condo. Bathrooms were old and way too small. Water pressure was non existent in the kitchen and only enough hot water for one person to shower. Ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work. It just leaks water into the bin that catches the cubes. Beds were comfortable and the view from the the patio was awesome. Save your money book a different condo.
