Overall the apartment was nice. There was lots of space and great view. Chairs in the kitchen where little weak and we just did not use them.

Lovely clean large apartment with all the amenities you need for a self catering stay. Lovely balcony with sea view and shade in the morning. Outside table ideal for dining for a family of four. The ceiling fans did an adequate job but we still found the room a little too warm for us.. The main bedroom bed was a little too firm and small for our liking. The main issue was the bathroom toilet had a slight leak. Overall a lovely stay.

Great family complex, very well maintained and a smashing swimming pool if you have children.it’s at the top of a hill but that gave us the opportunity to walk off the day’s food and beverages!. Plenty room inside for 5 people and the ceiling fans do a brilliant job.Sun shone on the balcony prity much all day and in the evening and night time the place is remarkably quiet.would recommend this apartment and Sue is a great host.

The apartment was lovely. It was well maintained, clean and spacious, ideal for family’s. Pool are is spacious and relaxing too.
We would definitely stay again, the only down side is the location, it’s a killer getting up the hill!!

We stayed at No57 Port Royale Los Cristianos for 10 days. The apartment was just what you wish for, clean, bright, all mod cons including washing machine, and a great balcony where we had an amazing sea view
All the people staying were all so nice and friendly, the pool area was clean and the water so clear, plenty of free sun loungers around pool area, Supermarket next door which was another bonus
Will definitely be staying here again

Just arrived home after an 8 night stay. Had a lovely stay, ate at some fantastic restaurants and enjoyed some well earned winter sun to see the new year in. Yes the location is up a hill but this never bothered us, we either walked or paid €3 in a taxi. Upon arrival access was simple using a key safe and the apartment was very clean and simply furnished, with everything you need whilst holidaying, the use of the washing machine prior to coming home was a bonus. A safe is also provided. Lovely double outside balcony which provided a good view of the sunset through a gap in the adjacent buildings. The pool, which was lovely and heated, was on the same level as the apartment so was easily accessible with free sun loungers. Sue, the owner was 5 star, fortunately we didn’t require her assistance whilst on our trip however, she was on hand to promptly answer our questions during the booking process. My only personal negative was the size and firmness of the double bed, being very hard and quite small, making for unsettled nights sleep at times. Overall would recommend this apartment, however the location may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.

The apartment was just what we wanted for our 7 night stay. We knew the location from a previous holiday - it is close to everything we require. Communication with the owner was clear and easy - for keysafe, WiFi etc. It is a spacious apartment in a well tended complex. A perfect choice for us...

Quiet and calm place
Close to supermarket which is just around the corner, restaurant one flood down and a next door swimming pool - even on a biggest sand storm you have everything you need to enjoy your holidays.
But if you want something else, there are many restaurants down the street on your way to the beach.
We love walking, so everything for us was quite easy to reach and always on our way :) For kids (8 and 10 y.o.) even 10km walk was nothing. For longer distances we had a rented car, which was very useful to explore the island.
We lost almost two days because of sand storm and many things were left unseen and unvisited. So definitely will be back.

Relaxing stay
This apartment was a great place for a relaxing stay. The owner was great with any issues we had...all of our own making...sorry Sue! Location is fantastic and the pool area is lovely and quiet.

Short Break in the Sun
The property was as described by the owner. It was clean & ready when I arrived. Added bonus of some sky sports channels in the apartment. I enjoyed a beer on the terrace watching the sunset.

The pool area was clean and was never busy, there were always some still stacked up available for use. The kids were a bit disappointed that they couldn’t use inflatables in the pool but it did make it more relaxed.
The apartment had almost everything that we needed for our stay. The only downside was the heat in the master bedroom at night; the ceiling fan didn’t really do much and as there are no bars on the door, there was no way of letting ventilation in. However, this wouldn’t stop us staying there again. Some people we spoke to who were staying in another apartment on the complex had hired an aircon unit for about €10 a day so we’d maybe consider that.
The only other thing was that the children did struggle a bit with the hill but it was €5 max for a taxi back up from the seafront.
All in all, we had a great stay and most likely will be back again!

Lovely complex
A really nice and spacious apartment which was very clean and well furnished. Was nice to have a good sized balcony area which had the sun on it in the afternoon and evening.
The pool area was lovely and quiet. Was great not to have the issue of getting up at silly o’clock to have to reserve a sunbed.
The one downside (excuse the pun) was the hills to the bars/resort. Was fine going down but a killer coming back and we ended up getting a cab if were down in the resort. There was a set of bars where we mostly ate (Bojangles, Taylor’s and Manhattans were our main eateries) about a 10 minute walk down from the apartment and then the main resort was a further 10 minute walk away (all downhill). Was good to have a supermarket only a 3 minute walk from the apartments and we found that the majority of the items in there were cheaper than those in the resort.
We had a great 12 nights there recently and would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone if they are looking for a nice relaxing place to have a break.

Perfect short break
A lovely clean and spacious 2 bed apartment situated 12-15 minute walk from the Seafront. A nice downhill walk and only 3..5 euro back up the hill well worth it but also lots of bars shops and restaurants closer. A fab Padtment with lovely quiet shared pool and large balcony with dining table and chairs for Al fresco drinks and food. Look forward to returning.

Excellent spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms and all the utensils you need. Very clean and quiet complex with a lovely pool and plenty of sun beds. Very good communication with the owner and keys etc was very straightforward. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Fantastic family holiday
We had a fabulous holiday from 6th to 20th July- the apartment is very clean and spacious and the location is fantastic. The pool area is lovely and everything you need is on your doorstep however the walk down to the sea front is beautiful with lovely restaurants and bars. The whole experience was made so hassle free as dealing with the owner was a pleasure. We would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely visit again. We love it
We had a fantastic 12 nights holiday at Port Royal. The facility are great quite and relaxing,nice swimming pool with plenty of sunbed . Although the apartment is fairly basic and simply decor but Sue provide all the essentials,you may need for self catering. The only thing I missed the most was the hoover though, It is difficult to keep the apartment clean without it.We eat in most night and enjoy watching the sunset with drinks on the terrace. The view over Loscristianos was very nice indeed.
We don't find the problem with hill and step as the other mentioned as we walk everywhere as far as Playa Fanabe and Palm mar.
Highly recommended Sue apartment.

Sun Sea and Serenity
This is a quiet clean and safe apartment convenient for the pool and the local supermarket and bars/restuarants. It is a walk into town (and steep walk back) but that is part of the attraction. We have booked for a third year and extended our time. Sun terrace after midday and excellent local wines.....

A very pleasant surprise.
The property was just what we were looking for. Access directly from the road, swimming pool near to our door with plenty of sun beds and shades, with plenty of room.
2 very nice restaurants within 100 metres and a well stocked supermarket about 150 metres.
Comfortable lounge and internet installed while we were there. Sky TVs channels.......for when we decided to eat in. Plenty of crockery, utensils and glasses.
The double bed was too hard for my liking but got used to it after a few nights. The only other thing, the kitchen stools were a bit unstable and we didn't have a hex screwdriver to tighten them......not a problem as we ate outside most of the time.

Excellent apartment
This is the fourth time we have stayed in this apartment, the last time was about 9 years ago. It was wonderful to return, the pool area has been refurbished and there are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas available. The secruity around the pool is good as the gates are locked at night and not re-opened until the morning. There is also a water dispenser on site and for only 50c you can have 5 litres of water, saves bringing up large containers from the supermarket. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchen and, although we didn't use it, there is now a wahsing machine which could be very useful if staying for a long period. The apartment was as we remembered, clean and with plenty of towels.
What is especially lovely is the flexible approach of the owner, flexible nights of stay, her quick response to emails, easy payment and use of electronic methods to get all info over to us. Also, letting us stay in the apartment all day on our last day as our flight was not until the evening. She was able to do this as the apartment was free until the day after we left. This made our last day so much easier.
The resort is lovely, great beaches, great shopping, great places to eat. We would love to go back for a fith time.

Great apartment, wheelchair friendly complex.
Very nice well equipped apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything you need for a self catering holiday is there. Very friendly complex and suitable for wheelchair users also. Nice quiet pool area with no need to queue up/push and shove for sun loungers/parasols. Good communication from owner, problems with apartment key availability which was sorted out quite quickly by management company, owner extremely apologetic even though it was beyond their control. Double bed is a bit hard but that is personal preference. Small supermarket very close to apartment but would recommend Dino supermarket (under manhattan bar) if you can handle the climb back up the hill (cheaper and wider range). A car is not needed at this property but I would recommend a car if planning multiple trips down to the town. Taxi from airport 25 euros, down to the front from port royale between 4 and 5 euros. The only thing the apartment is in need of is A/C. The ceiling fans do their best but in august especially A/C would be very welcoming. Worth mentioning to any future bookers, you can hire portable air conditioning units from a local company for your stay which again I would recommend anyone holidaying in August seriously consider. Would not hesitate to book again.

Great stay, what you pay for
The owner Sue was lovely and reassuring when booking the apartment.
On arrival the apartment was clean and tidy, everything you needed for a holiday although I thought there was a hairdryer and there wasn't. Small TV in living area but great channels.
The double bed was uncomfy for us as it was too hard but we swapped to the single beds room and they were better but that meant the mother in law was on the sofa bed.
It's a lovely area but didn't quite realise the steep hill so we walked down but generally got a taxi back up the hill, but we didn't mind. Great places to eat nearby, no need to venture far all the time.
The pool area is lovely and there was always a sun bed to hand. Could have done to be a bar or snacks bar at the pool area, looks like there was one but shut.
Overall a great stay and value for money.

Absolutely fantastic
The apartment is lovely and spacious and fully equipped. Nicely situated. The pool area is great. The closest restaurant is 2 mins away and has fantastic food. The service is amazing too. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Lovely spacious apartment with amazing balcony!
The apartment was exactly as described and as viewed in pictures, It was very spacious, clean and had all the facilities you could ever require. The view from the enormous balcony was excellent, watching the sunset with a glass of wine or two was fantastic after a day in the sun. The pool area is one of the nicest we have ever experienced and no trouble getting a sunbed whatever time of day. Susan was extremely easy to deal with and provided excellent customer service prior and throughout our stay. I would not hesitate in staying there again or recommending it to others. We found the location excellent, away from the hustle and bustle but easy walking distance to restaurants /bars. We ate in several different restaurants within 10 mins walk and the food was excellent in them all. It is about a 20min walk to the beach downhill going and uphill coming back. However you only need to go that far to go to the beach everything else is on your doorstep so no need to venture there on an evening. We had an amazing holiday and can't wait to go back. Lovely spacious apartment
We spent a pleasant 3 weeks here as a couple. There was more than enough room and would be perfect for a family having 2 good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is on top of a steep hill but we walked up several times a day. If you go the longer way round it's not so steep! The location is ideal for eating out, it is also near the bus station so ideal for sightseeing trips.
We found the water machine by the swimming pool a godsend as we didn't need to carry heavy water bottles up the hill.
The pool was heated and really a pleasure to use.
