Air conditioning and two separate bedrooms .

Tv was not working upon arrival for First 2 days WiFi was weak most of the time . And it appeared to be run down and not cleaned very well .

Adequate parking spots, fast wifi, free washing machine

The place was a dump inside and out. The parking lot was littered with broken light bulbs, glass, and cigarette butts. The dumpster was overflowing and surrounded by trash. The inside was much older than shown in the pictures, the bathroom smelled like mildew no matter how much we tried to air it out, and nothing felt clean. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

The location was good. It wasn’t too far from the beaches and family. I’m thankful that the washer and dryer was on site. The air conditioner was a a blessing.

The property owner reached out to me prior to arrival and made sure I had everything I needed from arrival and throughout my stay.

Wish the neighbors rooster would have slept in on the weekends.

The breakfast was surprisingly loaded quality grade foods which were displayed with good presentation in a sterile environment. The food was safely stored with a strong emphasis of COVID -19 guidelines. I liked everything about our stay.

I didn't like the fact that there was no exit at my corridor.

Host is most accommodating, Soft beds, Quiet, Cold AC, Private Enclosed Back Porch, Awesome price. We previously booked this host back in May. We enjoyed our stay here so much that we don’t care to stay anywhere else. This time around, we were caught in a rut and booked this place at the very last minute. Mu family and I arrived around 8pm. Unit was clean and Property Manager, Sandra was most accommodating. She waited until we were comfortable with our unit.

We noticed there were red ants in the back porch. Not so much of a problem since the host provided ant spray.
