we were 2 families and i was only able to book a family room and a triple room, but the owner was so nice to upgrade us for a little bit more. Everyone was so nice and helpful, we really liked our stay a lot. location was perfect too, there is a little restaurant across the street (has a coca cola sign ) which has the best momos we had in all Nepal, one of the girls recommended it to us as we wanted to eat somewhere local. It was also very close to the shop we went to with our guide where we rented sleeping bags and bought last minute items for our 4 day hike. They kept our luggage safe during our hike and they kept the same room for us on the last night after the hike. Breakfast was also good and a lot. totally recommend to stay there, everything was perfect

Love the hotel. The staff goes to extra lengths to make sure my stay is as good as it gets. The breakfast is so yummy and I love the location of the hotel, it’s centrally located but also quiet.

Managed to get good hot water only once, and that was after running the tap for a good 2 minutes.

We found the service exceptional at this hotel...Front desk was amazing, helpful with anything we asked for, spoke good english. Room was great, breakfast was good, Location also great. Quick walk to the main shopping area and lakeside...Great value for dollar. Would recommend to anyone

Perfect location. It was at the perfect distance from the main crowded touristy area, just 5mins walk away. Very kind and helpful staffs.

Bathroom slippers where not provided.

Good staff. Very helpful. Helped us transport luggage to room. Attentive to our needs. They knew that we were travelling with a child and so arranged an extra bed for no cost.

Breakfast was very ordinary, and vegeterian.
