Excellent location in a vivid area full of restaurants and bars, 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Apartment has two good size bedrooms with two spacious baths, a kitchen and a big living room. Host Francesco was very kind, he met us personally despite the late arrival due to delayed flight and gave us all the information needed for the apartment, surrounding area and many more tips for a good stay in Rome.

Furniture is a bit outdated, albeit fully functional. Hygiene was at a good level, but dust was present at some places, e.g. in the wardrobes.

We had a wonderful stay and it was truly like a home away from home. The property was very well equipped and it had lots of space for our family of four. It was in a great location and it was close to the Metro and buses.

It was all great.

Host was great. When we arrived he was there and offered help as where to go, what to visit and showed us the apartment. Also, location is really good - 10minutes from Colosseum and same from metro (Manzini).

It was a bit cold especially when heating was off. Furniture is quite used.

We had a wonderful stay at the Colosseum Confortabile Apartment from November 8–11. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our group of four. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything was spotless. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the Colosseum and close to restaurants, cafes, and public transport. Despite being so central, the apartment was quiet at night, allowing us to rest well after long days of sightseeing. Our host Francisco was exceptionally kind and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and great local tips. We really appreciated the warm welcome and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. It truly felt like a home away from home! 🇮🇹✨

Everything was perfect.
