Kevin is very personable
he made us a from scratch breakfast made to order
excellent crepes and omelets, fresh ripe fruit and delicious muffins.
I highly recommend this place for a comfortable, quaint, cozy, quiet stay.

The property is beautiful - located in the most wonderful neighborhood (old, historic homes dotted with quaint restaurants). Our room was clean, bright, comfortable (fantastic bed) and Kevin was a phenomenal host (and chef). I’m just sorry our stay was only one night.

We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Cynthia and Sue were absolutely wonderful! The home was full yet never crowded. Noise was never an issue. Parking was plentiful and acess to the home was simple yet secure. 5 Stars!!!

Kevin is a wonderful friendly host. The Historic District B&B is a treasure, and we’d recommend it to everyone. It is clean, well-maintained, great location for walking to restaurants, parking is easy, breakfasts were delicious.
Our room (the F. Scott Fitzgerald) was small for 2 people, however, we managed very well. We would opt for a larger room on a future visit.

The B&B was gorgeous and cozy. Kevin is an excellent host and chef. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the homemade muffins, and Kevin was very mindful of every guests' needs and desires.

kevin is a wonderful host. the b&b felt more like staying with a friend. every aspect of our stay was top notch, and covid precautions were followed strictly without feeling restrictive. i would highly recommend and will stay here again if circumstances allow.

Kevin, the owner, was incredible. Super helpful. He's an amazing chef. Kevin welcomed everyone to his home.
