Hotel ok. Typowy hotel na szkolenia i konferencje , których podczas mojego pobytu było kilka. Śniadanie całkiem ok. Obsługa recepcji w porządku. Dobra lokalizacja.

Jestem wściekły ! Wybrałem ten hotel z powodu lokalizacji i PARKINGU. Wjazd na parking jest tragicznie wąski. Jeśli wjeżdżasz długim samochodem. Natomiast człowieka , który na podziemnym parkingu wymyślił małe i wąskie podnośniki parkingowe , skazałbym na to , by wszystkim gościom sam wjeżdżał na te podnośniki ! Szczególnie autami pięciometrowymi jak moje. Ludzie , przecież na taki podnośnik zmieści się wygodnie najwyżej Matiz ! Ja rozwaliłem felgę i oponę. Noc w hotelu kosztowała mnie kilkaset złotych - uszkodzenia auta , kilka tysięcy. Dlatego niestety pomimo względnie dobrego wrażenia samego hotelu , NIGDY WIĘCEJ JUŻ TAM NIE ZAMIESZKAM !

W Restauracji zakręceni kelnerzy ale jedzenie smaczne tylko musi trafić w gust

Fresh, clean interior. Spacious, stylish and clean room and bathroom. Very good water pressure in the shower.

Hairdryer was awful. Landline phones display was on whole night and made unpleasant light. Towels quality was bit overused.

Everything is fine, we stopped there a second time, but there is one that went into shock! !!! Please pay attention an administration and managements of hotel to improve and train their kitchen service staff on public behavior and ethics

At breakfast 22.05.2023 at about 6:40 near the omelette cooking area (inside the kitchen), loud and terrible swear words of the staff were heard among themselves in russian language, perhaps a quarrel and swearing - it was not the professional behavior of the kitchen service staff that was very disappointing, since all swear words were heard by all customers at breakfast in the table area.

Basically an excellent hotel. 10 minutes away from the airport, but the city center is not too far either. The room's comfort and equipment are perfect. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The hotel restaurant is also worth the price. I can recommend it as a guest.

Unfortunately, the cleaning and maintenance are not even up to the ** level. Cleaning consisted of providing new towels. The bed was not made, the floor was not vacuumed, and the bathroom was not even mopped. I would demand at least the appearance of cleaning from the eye socket. The hotel operator should pay more attention to this.
