The staff was very helpful and kind, we had a high floor room with an excellent view to the palace. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean.

Die Lage war super, wir konnten zu Fuß in die Altstadt und direkt gegenüber des Hotels befindet sich der Kulturpalast, welcher schön anzusehen ist. Der 1. Eindruck des Hotel in der Lobby war sehr schön, Mehr durchweg positives gibt es nicht ! Das Personal war nicht besonders zuvorkommend aber gut, wir sind ja nicht wegen dem Personal da. Die Betten sind sehr bequem gewesen, allerdings gab es nur eine Maxi-Bettdecke statt 2 normale Bettdecken, was wir für einen erholsamen Schlaf weniger gut fanden. Der Poolbereich hat eine schöne Aussicht, ist aber auch das einzige womit gepunktet werden kann, Ausstattung sowie Ambiente absolut lieblos und keine 5 Sterne wert und wenn man genauer hinschaut auch ungepflegt bzw. schmuddelig was die Wasserabläufe angeht.

Die Zimmer sind lieblos eingerichtet und in die Jahre gekommen die Armaturen für die Temperaturregelung funktionieren nicht richtig, Wasserkocher kaputt, eine leere Minibar welche auf Nachfrage bestückt wird?! Bis 14 Uhr war unser Zimmer immer noch nicht gereinigt, danach machten wir uns fertig für die Stadt, da brauchte dann auch keiner mehr kommen, falls dies überhaupt beabsichtigt war?! Wir hatten ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen, welche auch dementsprechend hochpreisiger sind, ich möchte nicht wissen, wie es in den Zimmern in den unteren Etagen aussieht. Abgesehen davon lohnt sich der Ausblick nur sofern man direkt auf den Kulturpalast schauen kann, ansonsten nicht. Das Frühstück war den Preis nicht wert, es gibt einige tolle Cafés in denen es sich 1000 mal schöner und leckerer frühstücken lässt, ohne fertig Rührei welches auch noch flüssig ist und in einem Ambiente wie im Tagungszentrum.... Alles in allem das schlechteste 5 Sterne Hotel was ich je erlebt habe. Landesstandard hin oder her, es handelt sich hierbei um eine internationale Hotelkette und ich denke als Gast darf ich auch den Standard erwarten, der nach Außen suggeriert wird.

Mostly everything else. A hot shower was beyond reach. The hard breakfast sell when you check-in is really tacky.

ロケーションがいい。 朝食も広い場所といい景色でした。 スタッフの対応が早く、笑顔でフレンドリーでした。 安くない値段ですが、値段の価値がしっかりあるホテルです。 ホテルの横に駅と大きなショッピングモールがあります。 ジムも快適でした。

突然のトラブルでエレベーターが故障しました。 私がエレベーターに乗っているときに起きたので驚きました。 １階に着いたらスタッフがコーヒーショップに無料で案内してくれて、事情を説明してくれました。 エレベーターは20分ほどで通常運転となりました。

Przestronny, dobrze wyposażony pokój, elegancka łazienka z kosmetykami. Wygodne łóżka. Zapach w hotelu, wystrój. Super obsługa na śniadaniu, różnorodne dania, muzyka na żywo- Pani grała na harfie:), widok z okna.

Nie mam uwag.

Colazione top!!! Abbondante e molto varia. Camera e bagno spaziosi, accoglienti e pulizia impeccabile. Vista pazzesca. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile.

Il bar al piano terra (molto caro) offre poche alternative: saltando il pranzo al nostro arrivo abbiamo cercato qualcosa di veloce per poterci subito godere la città, ma non c’era molto. Non c’è frigo bar in camera. Tempi biblici a cena nel loro ristorante Downtown. Poi i piatti sono tutti squisiti ma nel weekend bisogna armarsi di pazienza. (Alla fine per farsi perdonare ci hanno regalato una bottiglia di prosecco. Abbiamo apprezzato il gesto)

Nebuvo parkingo, pusryčiai neįskaičiuoti nors atliekant užsakymą buvo rodoma, kad jie įskaičiuoti. Mokant 215 už naktį tikiesi daugiau patogumų.

Готель просто шикарний)І в ньому шикарно просто все. Відпочивала ще з двома подружками-мали два великі ліжка, до слова-дуже зручні) Персонал і інтерʼєр готелю на рівні, класне розташування. Хочеться повертатися знову і знову)

The spa area has an exceptional view. Breakfast is extremely variegated and everything we tried was delicious and there is a live harpist playing. Staff is really nice and ready to help, the cleaning service is really good!

Nothing to complain about. If anything, when we were leaving we asked the concierge if he could book a taxi to the airport for us and he redirected us towards a hotel transfer service that costed three time as much. It might have been miscommunication though.

Uszkodzony wężyk od prysznica w wannie, obsługa nie daje kluczyka do szafek na basenie. pusty minibar w pokoju- straszne w 5*hotelu. mimo pokoju droższego z widokiem na pałac widok był boczny że ledwo z parapetu było widać pałac a nie ma informacji o tym. Mydło do rąk w prysznicu a żel do ciała przy umywalce. brak łyżki do butów… szlafroki to chyba pamiętają otwarcie hotelu… ręczniki podobnie w mojej opinii takie elementy powinny być miłe puszyste…. po prostu nowsze to chyba stosunek ceny do jakości. śniadania chociaż bardzo obfite i dobre to na stołówce odprowadzają gości jak więźniów do stolika mimo prawie pustej sali o 6:40 rano. Dodatkowo wydawało mi się że Warszawa to jeszcze Polska a najpierw słyszę good morning…. rozumiem że zagraniczni turyści są ważni ale mimo tego to dalej Polska i raczej powinno być najpierw Dzień dobry. Standard to dla mnie 3* ale płaci się za lokalizacje i basen z widokiem ;) szkoda że nie dba się o takie prozaiczne rzeczy jak ręczniki… szlafroki czy minibar. wzywanie room serwisu bo mam ochotę napić się Coli jest słabe… w tym samym czasie kupię w sklepie na dole.

Smaczne śniadanie. Super lokalizacja. Atrakcyjny widok z okna. Piękny zapach balsamu do rąk.

The gym was quite good, as it had most needed equipment and also the view of Warsaw was fantastic. The room for 3 adults we booked was very spacious with comfortable beds. Location is also fantastic, as you are a hop away from the city centre.

The only slightly negative thing that caught my attention, was the heating which was not working very properly. At times it got a bit chilly, even when I tried to raise the temperature. I think one of the windows may have had a slight crack, which allowed cold air to creep.

Zu voll beim Frühstück, laut und unruhig auf Grund ungehemmter Handy Nutzung. Keine private Sphäre beim Essen.
