Very clean, quiet and beautiful rooms. The location was perfect! We loved everything about NYX Hotel Warsaw and highly recommend it! See you next time!
The rooftop bar was closed even if it was a marathon weekend, many people were very disappointed.

This is a modern and international hotel that hosts many guests from a wide range of countries. The room was comfortable, although rather small for the price. The breakfast was of very good quality, with a good selection of food. The hotel is conveniently located close to the central railway station and also offers a late check-out.
There were some badly behaved young people at the hotel bar on the first floor, and they were also smoking directly in front of the hotel. The rooftop bar closed rather early, at 11 p.m.
The staff was generally rather impersonal, and some members were not particularly polite. I forgot to ask for a receipt when checking out and subsequently had to request it three times before it was finally sent to me by email.
The fact that the rooms do not have a balcony is also a limitation.
