A lot of space, nice view.

For four adult there was only 2 small blankets. Low quality furniture and some corners were dirty. Complicated to check in.

Clean and comfortable apartments. Good location. Shops, restaurants and historical places in a walking distance. Good view.

The apartment was in a bad shape. We were also charged a lot for extending our stay by 1 day.

Enjoyed the location due to close proximity to city centre. The apartment was very well presented and clean. The discount given to Platinum Towers guests using the Holmes Place SPA was an excellent deal and I enjoyed taking advantage of it.

I was asked to give back the key to the apartment around 2.5 hrs before agreed late check out time. This was done via a phone call from Polish speaking man who said he was the owner of the flat. He did not speak any English, was discourteous and demanding. I explained to him that I previously sent late check in / check out requests to Booking com and that I have also spoken with female staff member in Polish on the phone before arrival. She assured me that late check ins and check outs were fine as there was a receptionist downstairs 24/7 which was true. The key to the apartment was handed over to me by the receptionist without any problems. The man on the phone who claimed to be the owner of the flat said that late check in and late check outs were never possible at this property. He added that the cleaning crew was waiting somewhere near the flat so he would give me half an hour to leave the flat. According to him, the cleaners, had nothing to do at the moment so I should leave soon to prevent them from idleness. My daughter who was also at the flat, was about to take a shower when he called. We were about to have a nice meal and to pack our belongings in due time. Unfortunately, we left the apartment in haste and stressed out, constantly checking on our way to the airport that we had not forgotten, by any chance, passports or other documents. Thus, he made my last day in Poland a disaster! I have not visited my country in 7 years and was looking forward to good times during my short stay. From now on, I will be very cautious with private offers and prefer hotels to say the least!

Ordered a room with a balcony, but first they said they do not have any. Afterwards, starting a cancellation, it was found for us.

Location and the fact that there was a grocery store in the building.

Location was 10/10, easy to walk into the centre in 15 minutes. Because of the weather we mostly relied on taxis but it was a great stay. Zabka and Biedronka are very close if you want to do a small food shop.

Because there was 6 of us it would have been better to have more than 1 key because we all split up to do different activities.

apartment’s location is really convenient and it has everything you could need for a short trip. we were four people and we only got two blankets and one of them was for one person. But we contacted the owners and they managed the situation really well

Apartment was great, spacious, everything I could need, and in a min excellent location.

Reception staff were very offhand, not really interested in my arrival or departure.

The price was competitive and internet highly reliable.

Lack of headset lights in the bedroom. One drawer of glass in the bathroom was broken The bed was not very comfortable, i think the mattress should be changed.
