the house was very big, a lot of rooms and 2 bathrooms.
the position was in the city center, the private parking spot was a real plus!
the landlady was really nice and frankly speaking i cannot find any flaws in this experience!

Fabulous location, large apartment, very friendly host.
Some of the bed linen needs replacing. Apartment needs a deep clean and repainting.

Location can not be better. I really can not think of any location in the city that would be better or more central. When I say central I mean it is noisy but I like that.
Can not say anything bad about the place. Everything was great.

The host was very friendly. She send us directions before our arrival. The apartment was very nice, clean, equipped with everything. The apartment has a parkin spot which is a very very big bonus for the area. The location is wonderful, in the city center.

We loved everything form the very warm welcome by Conchi to finding everything we needed to fell « at home ». The place is at the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and a covered parking is also included.

Conchy was super nice and helpful. Thanks to her, we had a perfect check-in. The appartment is very central and has a garage which is important in city center. The kitchen is well equiped, but has no dish washer.
There are three rooms (space for 6 guests), but only one table for two persons.

Conchy was the best host we could dream of and her house the best in Santa Cruz.
Conchy could not have been more available and helpful to arrange our trip and arrival.
The apartment is absolutely perfect: huge, absolutely clean, well furnished and confortable, even with a toddler.
It is ideally located and the parking was a real advantage.
Everything in our stay was absolutely perfect, notably thanks to Conchy (including the little coffe shop under the flat !)
