Rooms were big with a nice view. Apart from that nothing great to write about.

Staff was lethargic at best. Always under their blanket. Gyser seldomly worked. For anything at all you need to ask thrice or it won’t be answered.

the property does not provide heating option, geyser does not work at all and they gave the excuses voltage low. they do not have proper transformer. shabby rooms. The property does not have a proper reception. A care taker is there who is always under his blanket and won't find him when necessary. This property is not for families at all. we went there and found it's not suitable for stay. owner has refunded the amount and booked a nearby comfortable property.

The rooms were spacious and the staff over there very nice and humble and the food was also tasty.

Location is good.

Wasroom wasn't properly clean. Bed was dirty. Blanket was smelly. Host wasn't welcoming.

The place is at a very nice location. On main kasol and manikaran road. Room was very good with clean and hygienic bathroom. Bedsheets and blanket was okay. A little supply of toiletries would have been a plus point. Great view of valley, road, and river from the balcony. Staff is okay. Not too good but not bad. They were okay people. Food is also fine taste wise. Overall its a nice place to stay for few days. Good enough for groups, couples, and families as well.

There were constant electricity problems. The geyser was not usable half the time so if you want to take hot shower, its not possible. Also, i rented a scooty from this hotel. They said they were giving me enough petrol to reach my destination but there was not even half of the petrol and we had to come back from the midway because of less petrol. They offered to refund half the money charged for scooty rent and petrol. I was okay with that but the point is, we couldn't complete a place because of this, so take the scooty on your risk and check everything before leaving. Food is a bit expensive as per taste.
