The apartment measures approximately 135 square meters (1,450 square feet) and can accommodate up to 8 guests and 1 child under the age of 4.
It features three double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom equipped with towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
There is also a fourth full bathroom located outside the bedrooms, fitted with a bathtub.
In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, and upon request, we can provide a crib with safety rails for children up to 4 years old.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need.
In the living room, in addition to the sofa bed, you'll find a 55-inch flat-screen smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Two small balconies overlook one of the most vibrant and famous shopping streets in Rome, right in the heart of the Vatican district.
The location is excellent: just steps from the Ottaviano metro station and well connected by numerous public transport options, allowing you to reach every part of the city with ease.

Our host Francesca was terrific. She catered to our every need by providing dinner and shopping recommendations, providing extras we may have needed and always available. Thank you for a great stay, our family had a wonderful time in Rome. Having a hassle free, centrally located place to stay was just what we needed.

We couldn't have been more pleased. This apartment was a great location, fully equipped and very spacious. 5 of us stayed there for a week and were very comfortable. We took advantage of both of the hosts recommendations for private car hire and a private chef dinner innthe apartment and can't thank the host enough as we were beyond please. The restaurants in the locale were numerous, excellent, and very friendly. As a person using a wheelchair chair, the apartment was perfectly suited. Thank you Francesca!
