Flat on the sea Venice Lido 5
The flat is very well located, on the second floor just in front of the beach with an amazing sea view, close to the Grand Hotel Excelsior and to the Mostra del Cinema (the international Film Festival of Venice) as well as to the Venice congress facilities.
It consists of three double bedrooms: a bigger one with a double bed, another one with two single beds, and the third one with a double bed (French size).
Moreover there is nice living-room with wide windows and a long balcony on the sea, a separate dining room sea view too.
A fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has both a tub and a separate shower box
The property is perfectly located just in front of the beach (40 meters). At an easy short walking distance is the shopping area (greengrocer, deli, etc.).as well as bars, restaurants, pizzeria etc.
Just hop on a vaporetto (Venetian water bus) and in a few minutes you'll be in Saint Mark's Square, the heart of Venice, the Biennale dell'arte (contemporary art exibition) and the International Architecture Exhibition as well as all the islands of the Lagoon, such as Murano, Burano, Torcello etc..
You are a short ride by vaporetto from the most renowned permanent Venetian art collections in the world, such as Musei dell'Accademia (mainly XVI century paintings) or Ca' Rezzonico (mainly XVIII century paintings), as well as modern and contemporary art collections such as Guggenheim, Palazzo Grassi and Punta della Dogana and many other

The communication with Daniela was fantastic and she was really quick to respond to any queries. The property was as described - large, airy, spotless and a perfect location for exploring. The beach is opposite and is a fabulous sandy beach with swimming. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance and the buses and Vaporetto were easy and regular to use. Lido feels like a place of calm and tranquility after exploring the busyness of Venice all day.
Daniela had kindly left essentials - tea, coffee, washing powder etc which was really appreciated. We had a wonderful holiday and found it difficult to leave this morning. Thank you

The apartment is located on a second floor Condominium complex literally across the street from the beach. The beach in front of the condo is private, however, easily accessible down the block. Its located in Lido ,Venice, which mean you need to take water taxi (boat) to Lido. Daniela was a great host. She kept in communication with me all throughout and was very accommodating. Apartment was clean, well maintained, and large enough for at least 6. I definitely recommend it...

The property we stayed at met our expectations based on location, access to public transport, the accommodations, but primarily the great hospitality offered by our host, Daniela. She went out of her way to deal with any issue, offered some great assistance and was just a wonderful person.
